it was really a very terrible experience with u functional jacuzzi, dripping ac , lizards walking inside room , and not kids friendly since they don't even keep cookies with tea.They wasted my paid time I. switching from one room to another since there were problems in every room we checked in.
- while booking the room there , we opted and paid for jacuzzi, and before reaching there even called to make sure that the room should be ready ,but when we checked in , we were given room no 101 where jacuzzi was completely unfunctional.
-Well, after wasting much time for which we have paid , they shifted us to another room , that's room no 201, where jacuzzi was not working properly.
- after some time the air conditioner in the room started dripping water, which we reported them , and they again wasted hours to repair the air conditioner , which even after was driping.
- We asked for cookies with tea and for baby ,which they didn't have .
-we asked for tomato soup , even which they couldn't easily manage, and afte4 wasting much time they managed to provide soup .
well, that was really a bad experience, horrible stay.
