Terrible Stay
Worst ever experience of stay I had with this property. No power backup, forget about the ACs even fans were not operational during my entire stay. Dust and dirt all over the property. Below average hotel
I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel, and it is nowhere near deserving of a 4-star rating. It should honestly be categorized as a 1 or 2-star property. The room was not neat or clean, and basic amenities were missing. There was no dental kit, no toiletries, and no slippers provided. I had to ask 2-3 times just to get a water bottle and multiple times for tea kits. Even the boiler in the room was dirty. The toilet was barely clean and far from the standard you would expect from a 4-star hotel. To make matters worse, the dustbin did not even have a bag, which was highly unhygienic. Overall, my stay was awful, and i would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and choose another place to stay.

Terrible Stay
Terrible rooms, unprofessional staff. Lack of quality & service. That was an outdated property with outdated furniture. Lack of cleanliness. It was pathetic.

Terrible Stay
The resort is a good property but maintained improperly and service both housekeeping and restaurant was not upto the mark as there was rush due to pushkar fair and they were very much short of staff. Something which i feel very bad about in indian hotels is that whenever the booking is from an aggregator like mmt, and there is increased traffic otherwise, they give least priority to mmt bookings. We were given rooms where flush was damaged, rooms were of poor location and otherwise very inferior and second grade treatment was given. I think mmt should make restaurant realise that it's one of their main stays now and at par treatment, if not superior should be given to its customers

Property is outstanding with calm atmosphere and perfect hospitality
Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the resort was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Excellent Stay
The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet and dinner was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.

Cleanliness issues
No cleanliness in toilets, bed sheets were not clean, towels were not clean, provided only 1 single towel, even charging for water bottles. Outside view of the hotel is good but inside rooms are very poor

Nightmare at sajjan bagh: a dreadful experience
My one-night stay at sajjan bagh a-heritage resort was nothing short of a nightmare. First of all, upon arrival, there was no one to attend to us. We were left stranded, forced to open the lock ourselves - it felt like we had stumbled into an abandoned property. Calling it a 'hotel' is a gross misrepresentation; it's more like a decrepit lodge or, at best, a rundown dharmshala. To make matters worse, the room we were assigned had uninvited guests - frogs. Yes, you read that right, frogs were roaming around inside the room. It was like a scene from a horror movie, and we spent the night in sheer terror, clutching our belongings for dear life. I can honestly say that this was one of the worst accommodation experiences i've ever had. Sajjan bagh a-heritage resort should be ashamed to offer such subpar accommodations and service. Save yourself the agony and stay far, far away from this place

Pushkar
It was a long needed break for me and my wife and pushkar was ideal location for us we did not have to travel much. We stayed at sajjan bagh which was nice and cozy. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The staff was very courteous to let us check in early. They helped us in organising local transport and small things we needed.

Rooms were not upto the mark. Broken shower head in room no 203. Though the staff was good enough and changed the room. And food was good.
