The Resort name is not available in the Google, the Map is taking to nowhere in the end. First we thought it is a fraud because I was stuck with family, our Car was jammed in the Sand and no one was where in the lonely place. The phone number is wrong MakeMyTrip trip given to us. No proper guidance to reach to resort bcz no sign board at all. Now resort is good but services was very poor and slow. I ordered something and they forgot even for hours. No manager available at property. I ordered non veg in afternoon but did get it in the evening they don't know how to satisfy customers. Getting Non veg food is very tough here. They can improve services and way to resort by Signboar. Resort is not available alin google. The Resort name is not available in the Google, the Map is taking to nowhere in the end. The property's location is the worst. The management was damn bad, no room was ready for our stay. That place just was not meant to be for a family trip is what I felt. It doesn't have a safe vibe.

The service is very slow, half the amenities mentioned are not provided. The pool was not clean at all and was not cleaned even after multiple conversations with the staff. No manager to resolve our isuues. It’s a great property but not maintained very well.

I will not prefer to anyone since it was very was bad experience at all aspects. Pool was not clean, there is no proper basic amenities in rooms, no proper food and food quality was not good enough as they charged. At last even they told we have no tissue paper at all in the restaurant.
