Just pathetic. Rooms were very very untidy, not maintained and stinking. Not worth any penny. Old building and old furniture. Don't go there

Location - The only positive thing about the resort :) If you are lucky, you can get the cottage near to the artificial waterfall (although small) which would give soothing sounds! Rooms - Decent clean but The overhead shades were dirty. The shower in the bathroom was too slow to be called a shower. Food - The worst part. We ordered an a-la-carte for dinner served at room - soup filled with excessive vinegar leaving my teeth utterly sour. Manchurian was not cooked well and not eatable. French fries were also not upto the mark. To add to it, the complementary breakfast had many options in the buffet but all were equally bad - average poha, dry idli, Juice was nothing but rasna mixed with water. Poori bhaji saved us. Behaviour - We booked for 3 but reached 4 persons and requested for extra mattress for which they charged Upon seeking clarification, the manager gave some cooked up reasons with an unprofessional tone. Amenities - Our private pool was never filled with water. Common swimming pool was large and good to enjoy. Overall - Not recommended.

Best Resort beautiful view delicious Food Good service

This resort is amazing bcz their staf and nature iss mind blowing. First i will see this type of resort Thankyou everyone for treat me well. I will come very soon.

Location of the property is great, away from hassles of the city. Calm and beautiful stay amidst nature

Air condition not working

I booked two room one of which highest category i wait 15 mins for check in in no rush no trained staff was there. Finally got to room with no facilities bath tub of world class level and the pool too. Fnb services were worst as per hotel rating no trained staff was there no toiletries in bathroom old towels like provided in lodge or guest house. The only thing good was the atmosphere and surroundings else pathetic resort.

Very poor service by staff tovel not available in room and also phone died hotel the rooms were simple too

5 Star for the property, 3 Star for services. Food is also good. Overall experience is good. Will rate 4/5.

Just a straight - 0 do not think about going to this place just a straight -

The stay was terrible, as when we reached our room we injured due to negligence of property owner and staff, wooden floor was extremely damaged, later thet don't give any medical kit to next 2 hour, tv and geyser was not working.

. Amenities: basic amenities are provided, such as wi-fi, tv, and toiletries, but they may not be high-end. Reasonably priced but not offering exceptional value for money.

rooms were good but swimming pool is not maintained . Service is ok but location is good . swimming pool is outside the hotel premises

Rooms were nice, service was good. Food was awesome. One issue we faced that there were cat in our room even if we closed the doors.

I have many issues to share against this property. some of them are showing below 1)They have resort and one hotel ,you will be transferred to hotel and where none of the facilities you will get. A)No WIFI available B)No network incl Jio ,Idea and Airtel C)Rooms are filled with Frogs 🐸 and you will not get even water due to un availability of Receptionist and no one will come to your room for cleaning and essential things. D)I went along with my family my son even not get milk from the beautiful and supporting staff. 2)I raised my concern related to the room hotel is 6-7 KM away from City and no network you will get in your mob ,then you don't have any choice to go away from the hotel and you have to be stay with this bad hotel. 3)Staff if non cooperative As i went along with my family and I asked them to give me atleast one room in resort and they denied to give us. even I told them to take extra amount but plz support us. 4) Standard room was realy very bad 👎 ,like hairs was spreading over the bed ,washroom fittings was leaking ,AC don't have Remote ,Excessively noise from window AC ,No Receptionist was available . phone was dead due to un availability of the Receptionist. we booked two room and both having the same issues.

Well maintained prpoerty, nice view, tasty food, well maintened staff. Staff very cooperative, recommedable, nice view, aravali hills, picnic spot and camel safari, adoable palace, love to come again

there r several rooms near pool and garden. room are like dharamshala. no staff is there on duty. if you call to reception there is no one who attend your call. after booking room from MMP. the guy who is sitting on reception told us that there is no room. after showing that guy booking number and all after that we got our room keys also there is no water in room. total fucking room. with no facilities.

The washrooms were not good, air conditioner was not working properly, water availability was a big issue, landlines and services were not working too
