The views of koyana tiger reserve is simply great. Mountains all around. Views of dense forest and vat expanse of koyana seam backwaters. Food too was excellent. Staff was very cooperative. Room rent of was surely value for money just that cabins are container homes made of metal so they are hot during a winter day too. And tend to get very cold in night.

Backwater cabins is situated at a scenic, beautiful place. It offers the view of koyana nagar backwater. A nice opportunity to escape from the city chaos and getting close to the nature. Food, accommodation and service is also very good. Approach road goes through the plateau of wind mills which is an altogether different experience. Highly recommended for nature lovers.
