The location is very good but the property is poorly maintained, room was smelling fungus, stuffy, no amenities, poor service, food lunch and dinner is good, breakfast below average.

The stay at the MTDC Koyananagar resort was really enjoyable! The location of the resort is a plus. The rooms are now fairly old, though! I had booked 2 of the Cottage type rooms. The flooring was kind of vinyl flooring. Toilets/bathrooms were fairly clean and were working perfectly. The design of the bathroom was bad though, as the water outlet was at the opposite corner from the bathing corner, which kept the bathroom wet for most of the time! The food was the biggest plus! It was a fine dine experience with the food! Very well prepared and delicious! The service was also excellent! Very good people, the manager and the staff alike! So overall a very nice experience for our stay of 3 days. Won't hesitate to book again !

the property is located on a hill and provides an awesome view of the dam and the valley. the staff is very cordial and helpful. the rooms are old style but were quite clean. the food is reasonably priced and excellent. there is very poor network coverage and u will get only BSNL and jio intermittently.

Property has ample parking, cottages are close to each other and maintained very neat and clean. Food in restaurant is tasty but more importantly the nature and attitude of staff is above all. Highly recommended to stay with family or group. Only missing item was to have some sports activities or game boards or bon fire activity.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

We had a 20cm long 1. 5 inch thick centipede crawl onto the bed in the middle of the night. The plumbing was terrible and we had a tree frog jump out of the lavatory when flushed. Location stunning, people and help superb, maintenance of the facility by mtdc officials 0

Below average infra, huge growth of unwanted grass etc, rooms average, staff was ok

We stayed in the deluxe room for 2 nights. The cleanliness of the rooms were okay. The view is great, the staff is great and the food is great.

View from the property is really beautiful. But approach is a little lengthy, away from the bus stand. Food was tasty, served hot and fresh. Canteen staff as well as lodging staff was courteous and cooperative. Room and bathroom was neat and clean. Didn't try air conditioner as the weather was pleasant. It was a value for money.

The location is great and the food is decent. But the rooms need improvement, and the jungle safari is a joke, it turned out to be very disappointing.

Bathrooms are not good. The garden is not maintained. Limited option for breakfast.
