The hotel owner refused to acknowledge the confirmed booking at first because he was unhappy with local mm t representatives being unresponsive and delaying his payment for earlier booking of other guests done through mmt. He finally relented after seeing that i am a senior citizen. You need to ensure your back-end processes are smooth to ensure a good customer experience

Not maintained up to the expectation. Very very ordinary. So left the hotel aftr checkin. And shifted to a beter one. It's time to upgrade the quality of thr rooms

Location was on Road. Parking facility were not there at the Hotel. Room was smelly and not neat and clean. Only one staff who is not cooperative.

It was a wonderful trip with family. The Hotel was located near the bus stand. It was easy to locate the Hotel. Location was safe and peaceful. Food was good with nice quality and quantity. Services were very good. Room was spacious and clean. I liked my stay.
