stayed for 2 nights - in simple words good location lack of management and basic hospitality. I enjoyed 2 nights just because of the beach location and view. location was very good , foods are costly but its tasty, rooms are good but little bit maintenance required

Good experience staying at Avisa Nila. Staff is polite and helpful. Deluxe Sea View Room is spacious and gives a 180° view of the sea. We faced network issues and wifi wasn't working as well. Due to off season, the kitchen is serving limited dishes. Overall, satisfactory experience and worth spending time here Good experience staying at Avisa Nila.

The room was good, Food was okay, but there were no activities, not even indoor games like TT and Carrom. not properly maintained. They haven't provided the rooms which we booked. It's just nature, that gives you a vibe, otherwise the resort doesn't put any effort to make it better. My advice is not to plan your stay here. Waste of Money.

The view was amazing. Siddesh was really helpful. The food could be better. The Chinese food we ordered was too sweet.

Excellent Property with awesome sea view and a private beach. I visited during off season on 29 Jun 25 with wife and two children. Even though there were very few guests, the property was very well maintained. The staff was very cooperative and well behaved.

Clean and nice , walking distance to the beach. Friendly staff, food was good. No beach activities in monsoon though.

Property is good, vibe is awesome but due to bad weather and heavy rains no wifi connectivity and also TV was not functional otherwise food was awesome

Nice property in Tarkarli with infinity swimming pool and private beach access. Food Quality was nice. We stayed in deluxe room with Bathtub. Rooms were spacious and equipped with all modern amenities.

I will describe my stay in few points: 1. Location wise this property owns 4/5. 2. Property is getting old but they did not maintain rooms for example toilet fitting, door, fan regulator not working, ac remote malfunction, sliding window knob broken, gallery tiles having stains. So i will rate 1/5. 3. ⁠The money we paid is higher than what they offering. Rating - 1/5. 4. ⁠Restaurant - The restaurant staff literally forcibly us to give order in one go at 7pm only saying will not accept any orders after 9 pm. Later updated to 9:30 when we pushed. 5. ⁠Regarding checkout time they are very strict for 10am which is inconvenient it should be 11 am. 6. ⁠i will describe this property in two words *Under Maintenance*.

Property was very good and well maintained right in front of beautiful beach..staff was also kind..you do not need to go anywhere to enjoy the beach..plus restaurant is also available with variety of menu..over all it was great experience !

It was worst stay for me and also first worst experience. Within my 2 days stay there is no room cleaning service. Staff was not knowledgable. So I am not satisfied with my stay.

The property is very good...The kitchen service is very very slow...just order first and last time, there is no staff to take a repeat order. They don't give a drinking water extra....they charge for the drinking water bottle. Even if u pay for the extra person they will count only 2 bottles...They argue rudely for the same... The property is good by rooms, location etc

Location just on beach and also have swming pool for children and adults. Also breakfast is nice and short.

best place ,best experience,best all staff, amenities and services all very good , swimming pool very clean,glass cottage feel good
