Review: Disappointing Stay – Needs Serious Maintenance I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. From the moment I arrived, things felt off – no one showed me to my room or gave a proper walkthrough, which already left a poor first impression. Once inside, it was clear that the room and facilities are in serious need of maintenance. The equipment and furniture felt outdated, and to my surprise, there were no basic toiletries like a toothbrush or toothpaste provided. The AC didn’t work. The locker box in the room looked like it had been forced open or damaged — definitely not secure or usable. The bathroom door lock was broken and had been "fixed" in a very temporary, makeshift way. It didn’t feel reliable at all. The bedsheets had some noticeable color stains on them — not what you expect when paying for a clean and comfortable stay. Also, there was constant noise coming from what sounded like AC units from another building, especially audible through the bathroom. It was hard to relax with that kind of disturbance. Overall, the hotel needs serious updates and better management. I wouldn’t recommend it unless these issues are addressed.

The room was not as expected. The photos show different room and real room is different. Switches were not working and walls were torned. Lights were broken. Staff behaviour is good. Location is also good.

Three nights I have booked unexpected my wife got hand injury and I have requested to cancel immediately and refund the amount. they refused and I have taken makemy trip support they also tried to help but hotel personal is not accepted to refund. even I shown the medical report even though they don't show any courtesy. pathatic hotel management. Never ever recommend for this type of hotel. Special request to makemy trip don't keep these type of hotel in your data base to spoil your name also in future.

They don't have any restaurant or food supply even a coffee in . In house .

we took ac twin bed room,kettle was provided ,hot water available in wash rooms.and its near walkable distance to pearson vue examinatin centre..had a good experience from the staff

Service given by the hotel staff is not good especially at the reception is rude even bed and other goods are too old even making a sound when you move . They don't have bathroom slippers how pathetic

I had a very disappointing stay at Athsaris Hotel, booked through MyBiz. I expected at least a basic level of quality and service, but unfortunately, the experience was far below acceptable standards. The TV didn’t work, and no one responded to the complaint. Hot water was running from all taps, including the washbasin – extremely inconvenient. No dental kit or shaving kit was provided – even basic amenities were missing. The food was of very poor quality, clearly bought from a roadside shop and not adequate for a hotel stay. Room service was unresponsive – even the room boy didn’t attend to requests on time or at all. I never expected such a poor experience through MyBiz, which I trusted for quality bookings. This stay has raised serious concerns, and I hope MyBiz takes responsibility for listing such substandard properties.

Bedsheets are not good, got itching full night, 12pm to 11pm not good, for extending hours took huge charge, full of Bengali workers
