We stayed for a night with family. The new building top floors the best rooms in the hotels. We didn’t opt for the breakfast. Diner food quality was good.

great property, 10 mins Walk to sea beach, swimming pool was great , rooms and service was fantastic. just one small point food price is on higher side. except that very good stay.

CONS: 1. Promised items not provided - (a) no refrigerator in the room, (b) daily newspaper not provided, (c) only two dental kits provided for three persons, (d) only two complimentary water bottles provided for three guests and that too after repeated requested, (e) much more interested to insist taking meals from their restaurant by sending WhatsApp messages, e-mails, phone calls. PROS: 2. Restaurant food is good.

Overall property is good & nicely maintained. Food quality is excellent & reasonably priced. Only issue I didn't like is, hotel staffs & reception are not welcoming. One has to carry his own luggage during check in & check out.

Stay was okay for one night. There were quite a few small flies and insects in the room, probably due to the window gaps. The staff cleaned the room again when we asked, but the issue continued through the night. Staff were very friendly and quick to respond.

I request u never book this resort by book my trip because they give worst room differ from the displayed room.one thing is best that the food taste is delicious.The staff behaviour was so rude

A good experience in Arpita Beach Resort with good hospitality, house keeping and canteen facility.

It was a so so experience . Staff are good but they need more training for attending guests. Food is good. The hotel need to focus more on their maintenance

I came across this resort on MMT. It was a pleasant peaceful stay with tasty foods & clean swimming pool. The only issue we have faced was recurrent power cut throughout the day and night. Power backup could be much better.

Excellent food at reasonable price. The swimming pool is well maintained. Special thanks to hotel management to upgrade my stay to presidential suits.

Great place for a staycation. The pool should be cleaned frequently. The service is outstanding and also the food.

Staff behavior was terrible

The staff behaviour is not good.when requested to provide clarification on food bill , They simply deny to co-operate stating no time for such things. Food was served in long waiting. Did clean the bedsheets also

Arpita Beach Resort is about a furlong away from Chandipur main beach which can be covered by leisure walk . We engaged 2 rooms. It's hotel rooms are appropriate in it's size and room AC keeps running during the period you are away to sea beach, to keep your room cool when you return to hotel from hot and clammy weather in may .This part was unexpectedly great. Restaurant of hotel in terms of logistics was average, yet food quality of some items and taste were good when compared to affordable price.

This is my 2nd time with Arpita it is the luxurious stay in Balasore I believe and yes value for money as well. I love the food they offer. Sea is near and under 400 mt but my suggestion try to avoid the shortcut

The overall stay was good The room service was available on time and the food was awesome the breakfast buffet was excellent the dinner thali was very tasty with a variety of flavours . Travel was also arranged by the resort at reasonable price

Property is good and the location is near to the beach but there is nothing available near it. But at the time of check out the the hotel is charged extra from us for the red marks in the towel which we have not done and the room service staff are not well behavior
