soloThe hotel seems to have a discriminatory approach. When I had booked directly at the counter on earlier occasions, I got a bigger room and better treatment. This time having paid entire money in advance, I got a very small congested room, very poor service.

Stayed here on Dec, 19. It is close to the airport but away from Kannur city. Hotel is nice, staff friendly. Enjoyed our stay here.

Rooms are clean but somewhat congested. There was no hot water. Only one towel was provided. The restaurant was clean and the food was good. The hotel service was good. For our one day stay and being close to the Airport the stay was comfortable.
