soloThe hotel seems to have a discriminatory approach. When I had booked directly at the counter on earlier occasions, I got a bigger room and better treatment. This time having paid entire money in advance, I got a very small congested room, very poor service.

Stayed here on Dec, 19. It is close to the airport but away from Kannur city. Hotel is nice, staff friendly. Enjoyed our stay here.
