Stay was good...location is also so calm and peaceful....main attraction was locality because airport was so near and we dont feel any disturbances by the aircrafts..hospital is in walkable distance

The location itself is isolated, I reached there at night there was a bar so noise was there. The service desk needs to be improved, also there was stains on the bedspread, dust all over the bed, curtains, the drawers were old so I asked to change room. Normally what hotels do is, they give a upgrade here they did not do that rather they moved me to another room which was okay and bit spacious. In total it was a bad night

We stayed at la serene on our trip to kannur. This is a nice little property closer to mattannur town. The rooms has good amenities, clean and a good king size bed. The staff is very courteous and is always available. They made a positive difference in our stay at this property. There’s a bar on the property which the locals frequent. It has a separate entrance and is behind the property. It didn’t cause us any issues.

This hotel is little inside from the main road. They have enough parking. Interior is good and clean. Room is small but well maintained. Food was extremely costly. Not worth the money. They have one staff who handles reception and room service which is strange. Okay for an one night stay.

The property is in a prime location and near to airport with all mentioned amenities. The stay was really safe, cozy and secure for my family. Food arrangements from their restaurant is also one of the best in class. Very quick service as well. Highly suggested if u are looking for a stay in mattannur

The hotel staff is very helpful and resourceful. The ambience is lovely, mom's are very clean and well equipped with all essentials needs in tow. I felt very safe staying here with my daughter. They arranged transportation as well and made sure my stay was very comfortable and an experience to cherish. Special mention to nikhil for all his help. Allcthe staff are very helpful and courteous. The breakfast spread was amazing. The food provided was hygienic, clean and tasty. The staff provides you everything you ask for. Never once did they say no for anything.

Unhygienic and disappointing stay i had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was dusty and unclean, and the bathroom was not well-maintained. The room was also smaller than expected, and the breakfast offered was poor in quality. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience, and i wouldn't recommend this hotel.
