I had a terrible experience in pleasant plaza tourist home. Because the room was very dirty and no hygiene. The tv was not working. Service was very bad also.

The hotel failed to provide towels, change bedsheets. The housekeeping staff was very arrogant and always said no to anything you ask.

The room was filled with cockroaches so wouldn’t recommend the property.

Rooms were filled with cockroaches. Rooms have only single wall mounted fan. The receptionist was very rude. We travel-led as a group and they created the drama when a few of our female friends came to discuss a few things in other rooms. Even the door was open. I would not recommend this hotel if you're travel-ling as a group.

It was indeed suffocating within the room with unpleasant smell, hot too. However, just spent one night and escaped!

If anyone is staying in this hotel, it would be a good idea to bring a candle and a power bank. There is no hope of getting hot water without a kettle. Bathroom fittings are good but they forget to maintain.
