Excellent Stay
Recently I visited Panchmarhi to participate in moonsoon marathon and booked ARK resort to stay with my family. Had an amazing experience here and would prefer to stay here for my next visits. Highly Impressed with the service and hospitality provided by their team. I would highly recommend this place to visit with your family and spend a quality time in the lap of nature.

Not worth the price
Overpriced room. Linen dirty and had to be changed on arrival. No hot water for bathing on 1st day. Few plug points not working. Walls had flaky paint. No distempering done since long time. Frequent power cuts. Food also average.

PACHMARHI - A HILL STATION OF AGENTS AND LIARS.
Overall a very bad experience , the food was expensive and without test. First day only we asked the cleaning staff to remove the doormat of bathroom as it was full of dust but he didn't do it.During our check out we requested managment to give some buffer time but he responded very rudly and asked to vacate the room at 11:00 a.m without giving extra time. Entire pachmadhi runs on commission basis all local people have made a union to loot the tourists.

Excellent stay nice property good ambiance kids friendly We stayed for 2 days It feels good. The kitchen is good 4 star for food quality and taste. the only problem is there is no intercom u have to call by your phone Sometimes there is an internet issue. Otherwise everything is fine.

coupleThe property was very good, with nice interior and facilities. The attending staff was polite giving prompt service. Food quality was also ok. Only small addition - provide some facility for the accompanying driver, may be with some extra charge.

Overall experience in ark resort was good. It was neat and clean but the facilities were not value for money. The amount i have paid for two days is a little bit expensive as per the facilities that are offered by the ark resort. Hospitality was good.

Best trip with my girl gang
My stay at this resort was soo amazing. What an excellent service they provide and with such a beautiful view. The food was also and rooms were great. Overall it was a wonderful place to stay in pachmarhi. You’ll easily find gypsy there.

Hotel is located in excellent area. Everywhere you will see lush green forest. Ample of free parking space. Well equipped restaurants which will fulfill your hunger. Staff is disciplined and proactive. Recommended.
