The location is on road, above Gokul, next to Regent Cinema. However, it is basically the 3rd floor converted to an hotel. The only way to access it is a old lift or the scary suitcase. We had food in Gokul, which was good.
The staff is mostly untrained. When we reached, they were confused about checkin with the first staff asking about how much we paid. No towels were provided on day 1, saying that one of their staff members had taken the keys back.
The TV remote used to work only when you press hard. When we asked for glasses, two glasses of separate designs were given. Additionally, the room walls were dirty.
The staff on the evening of day 2(who had carried the keys back) gave the towels and responded well. However, the rest of them were confused or not trained at all.

Dear Sir,
We thank for your feedback however, after checking with our collogue we learnt that during your check in you wanted 3rd /extra towel. Unfortunately you checked at dinner time hence , reception guy and the housekeeping guy was having dinner and he provided the towel once back and responded well to you later. We look forward for your next visit and ensure a smooth stay.
