Review Of Aqoss Hotel

This is the worst Hotel. Felt like bedsheets are changed after they are completely rotten , evrything was dirty, no Staff to provide things, nothing was given. Evrything is waste.

The location of the hotel is very good. The hotel is located on the 3rd floor, there is a lift, the staff is well behaved, the rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel does not have a restaurant but there is a very famous pure vegetarian and non-vegetarian restaurant in the same building. My overall experience is very good.

The location is on road, above Gokul, next to Regent Cinema. However, it is basically the 3rd floor converted to an hotel. The only way to access it is a old lift or the scary suitcase. We had food in Gokul, which was good. The staff is mostly untrained. When we reached, they were confused about checkin with the first staff asking about how much we paid. No towels were provided on day 1, saying that one of their staff members had taken the keys back. The TV remote used to work only when you press hard. When we asked for glasses, two glasses of separate designs were given. Additionally, the room walls were dirty. The staff on the evening of day 2(who had carried the keys back) gave the towels and responded well. However, the rest of them were confused or not trained at all.

I had very good experience over here with good staff behaviour and clean room.My overall expeience was really good.

Staff is cooperative here, location of hotel is also very premium( near Gandhi Maidan) also multiple dining options available ( gokul for pure vegetarian)

The property is in utter bad shape, with washroom and things in not cleaned and maintained at all
