The hotel simply denied me the selected room stating that they don't give the selected room as Make my trip don't quote the ideal money and when we objected they simply said go and talk to MMT, it was terrible experience and they asked 500 extra else get a normal room which we had specifically not at all selected, it was a pathetic experience, the room that was offered was having dampness on wall and had lot of mosquitoes around.

Not Recommended, booked with breakfast but not provided at hotel. MMT also not helped. Room condition was also not good.

Most important that the property is safe and good for family stay. Staffs are well in behaviour. But room is very poor in condition. No window and no ventilation. My booking was included Breakfast , but nothing provided by the property and received a bill by them through email which is breakfast included.

My stay was very unpleasant, first of the complimentary breakfast that was included in the reservation was denied after checkin. The rooms were dirty and full of mosquitoes, they don’t even provide a dental/shampoo /towel. Hotel is located in remote alley where all the public transport refused to go. They have no restaurant facility , they only provide, tea with burnt toast or unboiled aloo paratha which is way too expensive (200 rupees per plate) Highly disappointed by the hotel and the staff , never going to stay there

Hot water was available at all times. Nice interiors and good lighting in the room. Staff were polite and helped us with directions.
