Property is inside a small lane. Only 2 wheelers can go. Rooms are not clean and stinks. Towels provided were wet and smelly. Toilet also was not washed.

Onwer and caretaker were very kind, helped in arranging for scooter at reasonable price and tea and snacks were available on demand. Early check out was very helpful. Stay is nice and peaceful

Bad experience

Room was smelling, poor service and no maintainance. The stay is full of alga and moss, floor was extremely slippery. The bedsheets were not neat and pillow smelled.

The ride was comfortable but timing was not. I had to drop off at an earlier location to reach my office. Promised to reach Bengaluru by 7am but didn't even reach my location till 10.30AM.

Good place to stay

Helpful people, spacious rooms, good maintenance, pretty decent food, good staff, communication and understanding as i was able to change my room on arrival although i had pre-booked a different room, good parking space.

- parking is bad - garden is good - road to the place is very narrow - no proper water facility - blanket is very thin - tv set top box doesn't work

We stayed in delux ac rooms, they were spacious and good with almirah, mirror and fridge. Bed was also comfortable. Their garden is well maintained and recieve good sunlight. Food options at guest house is limited but they provide food delivery from external cafe.
