Good Experience to stay at Amber Resort

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room service was prompt and professional, and the food was fresh and tasty. Overall, a wonderful experience!” Great hotel with good room service and food. Would definitely stay again.

The people managing the property are rude and non friendly.. we were six people in 2 rooms and we got 1 kit of toiletries and manager says that's all we can help with.. fixed timing of kitchen was a problem as couldn't get tea when we want forget about anything to eat . We visited waterfall in the morning of checkout. Manager called at 9.45 to vacate the room and when we explained him about the traffic situation we stuck in he was not understanding.. after terrific trafic we couldn't even rest for 5 min and had to rush for a bath and checkout.. even a five star hotel don't treat their checkouts this seriously

I was charged wrongfully, the guests staying at the same property were charged less including meals three times. Also there were lizard, rats and other insects. My bag was rotten by rats. I booked two rooms of the same category still they still gave me one room of cheap category, when i confronted, they gave me reasons and made excuses of the availability.

Overall it was excellent experience. Food was great, manager was really helpful and took care of everything. Will definitely stay again on same resort on our next visit to Gir

Very Bad Experience

This resort is very good excellent staff and service

I went to this resort on my recent Gujrat Trip in June, I found this property to make my trip and it was a very good stay, The rooms were clean and the location was great with a beautiful view, The food was also nice. this resort also has a big swimming pool with a kids protected area, for kids this resort also has a garden playing area with the instruments. The air conditioning facility was also there in the room with great cooling to chill in summer or the rest of the hot and humid months. the only minor thing which needs improvement is that the rooms should have Television, so stay can be more engaging as this resort again it's a personal choice and the other thing is that bath water was mildly hot so this also can be improved by installing or increasing the capacity. The overall staff and owner were both very nice and helpful i highly recommend this property for absolute Go , as in 5k all above mentioned facilities are worth 😊😊

We have booked 2 balcony rooms. The property is 100 mtr inside from main road. the staff is not friendly. Swimming pool seems not operational or with very less water. The rooms is not properly clean neither properly built. Food was good but u have to carry your own water bottel if u don't want to drink RO water. Overall not recommended.

Staff were very coopertive and kind. Make my trip made a mess by booking three rooms though they have only 2 rooms.

The food is really very tasty & Healthy like home made food The staff is very supportive , well planned cottage surrounded by Mango trees . we really experienced a peaceful stay in this resort.
