The room lacks cleanliness 0 Star. The food tasted excellent 5 Star. Could not provide hot water facility in the bathroom 0 Star. The bed sheet in the room was badly torn and very worn -000 Star 😔 😔 😔 waste of money 😔 😔

the location was also very bad, it is 1.5 km inside the main road but the road was not even built there, I went with my wife, when we checked in the cottage, there was a strange smell coming from the room, then I went to the toilet, as soon as I lifted the toilet seat, a very big lizard came out from inside it, the TV was also not working in that room, then we went to take a bath in the pool, there were so many small insects in the pool, the pool was also not maintained, then they said that we will shift you to another cottage, then a lizard came out from there too, then I called the room service guy, the lizard went under the bed, then he said from there I will not go out, then we went out for a walk and then we came to the cottage and as I opened the room a lizard fell on my hand, after that I checked out straight away from there, I have never seen a worse resort than this in my life and the staff was also very bad.

It was wonderful property with specious room n garden n swimming pool - also food was delicious. Also staff were very friendly and made our stay comfort n memorable.

Disappointed very poor service by manager all over staff nature are good but don’t go there in monsoon there are very big mosquitos in the room nd manager behaviour is very rude don’t go there

We stayed 2 nights, 4 family members on Aug2025. Property location is excellent. We listen lion's Roar clearly from nearby area. Clean and spacious room. Very Poor Experience at Gir Comfort Resort I recently stayed at Gir Comfort Resort and had a very disappointing experience. The facilities were not at all as advertised, and the overall maintenance of the property was substandard. The rooms were not clean, the service was unprofessional, and basic amenities were either missing or dysfunctional. The staff seemed poorly trained and uninterested in guest comfort. Despite repeated requests, issues like dirty linens, poor air conditioning, and lack of hot water were not resolved. The food quality was also below average, and hygiene standards in the dining area were concerning. Overall, this was a very unpleasant stay and definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend Gir Comfort Resort to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway.

I recently stayed at this resort and honestly, it was a very disappointing experience. First of all, the road to reach the resort is in terrible condition – staff is unprofessional and not helpful at all. The entire atmosphere felt more like a boarding school than a relaxing getaway – with strict rules that made the stay uncomfortable. For example, the swimming pool closes as early as 7 PM, which is ridiculous for a resort experience. They also mentioned complimentary tea, but we never received it despite asking. The only saving grace of this place was the food – it was genuinely delicious and well-prepared. But honestly, good food alone is not enough to make up for the poor service and overall lack of hospitality. Would not recommend unless you're just visiting for a meal.

Best service provider and best property for staying. Hotel has provided food service as per our request and nice swimming pool with dj.

Not maintained keeds play area. Room handle and lock also damaged and breakdown 2 times, they make repairs after allot room. Repeatedly electricity problem in every 10 minutes. No power backup during stay. Swimming costume purchase required from hotel if need to do water park. How aged people wear. Outside road to reached upto location is also very dangerous like office road, it may be risky for single family during odd hours to reached hotel. As rates of hotel we may choose other one in same rate with good service.

Property is new but house keeping is poor. Food is ok. Breakfast meenu is very short. Location is very far in and no road. Approach road 3-4 km from village road is very bad.

Entire property is good and well maintained. They have all the amenities. Staff was very cooperative and food was nice. It was a wonderful stay. Property is far away from Sasan, Please be mindful.

A very decent and beautiful place, away from the crowded township and very supporting to the feel of forest. Good food, good service, beautiful lawn and well maintained swimming. Clean, spacious rooms and comfortable bedding.
