big room perfect stay for family for 6 people and provide duplex . home made delicious food with Bazra roti , Gid , Tak , Ghee, Butter . while going to hotel you can see Deerbat Day time also.. road are not good but in forest resorts stay it's obvious

Pros;-Spacious rooms, services upto the mark, staff behaviour good, food healthy, tasty. Calm and silent environment in midforest. Cons:- bathrooms are not clean, Internet & cellular network poor

The stay was good. Had full amenities required for family entertainment. Although the location was in an interior . The food was good..the rooms were clean and spacious

The property is at very nice location on the bank of river. You get to see a lot of animals other side the river and it’s very peaceful. Staff was super helpful and rooms were clean. Would highly recommend it if you go there. They even arranged local native show near fire.

even though the property was in the interior we had a gala time staying at the property and connecting to various people staying at the resort. the food was authentic and enjoyable to both adults and kids. facilities and room were quite presentable and staff very courteous and accommodating. only two things that could be better. 1. provision of water heater in the room because solar water heater in winters tend to wastage of water. 2. provision of ordering snacks in evening.

Food not enough quantity to serve the proper channels and notify they confused of managing not good overall are average experience

Location was too far. Approach road was worst. Entire kuccha road. Rooms, bathroom not clean. Food was good. Staff was good

The entry into The Ville was a bit adventurous as it's right into The jungle. But The stay, hospitality and food was excellent. The hotel staff tracked us from one day prior and helped out to reach The location comfortably. Overall an experience to have but would be Worth in a big group. The dance performance by Siddi tribal people was exceptional.

Don't go on the looks. I decided to go as it was MMT assured and good reviews but it was a terrible experience. In name of staff there was only 1 guy to interact with and no professionalism of hotel or resort were shown. We were not given keys of the room. There was no telephone in the room and you've to go out to call someone if you need anything. We were actually not given Brook Ville but the resort beside that names Gir County as the staff were not available in Brook Ville and it wasn't cleaned. However they did offer us that they can clean it up if we want to transfer. But straight away we were not given rooms in Brook Ville as both properties are owned by 1 person. Our registration was also not made till 10 PM at night. We were really scared because there was no one in the resort and it is really very very inside. So people who were saying it's peaceful in reviews are because it is very inside and if you want to go to Safari you've to leave 30 min before and it's terrible if you've a morning Safari. I don't know how it got MMT assured. The swimming pool was also not filled when we arrived. There was mud on room floors after we came back from Safari which showed someone entered our room as we were not given keys. In food also only Kathiyawadi food is available and in breakfast which was included also there was no American breakfast but Kathiyawadi one although we liked it but the resort lacks professionalism on a serious bases. It is not maintained properly and there were no soaps and towels until we arrived and asked for it in the room. Please do not consider this based on reviews, stars, MMT assurance or photos.

Don't like the location, food, rooms, service.

Very bad experience though the manager or owner obliged to provide AC at night. A guide is required to reach and come out of the remotely located resort. No one to attend at night.
