Excellent rooms. Very neat & clean. i will book the same whenever i visir Alkepey. We enjoyed the stay here.

A lovely property with a lush neighborhood. Enjoyed all the beautiful plants and art around the house. The apartment was clean and well kept, and very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Pleasant stay, all the facilties provided by staff if any query you can directly contact staff they will help you in resolving it. Amenities like drinking water, wifi, cooking utensils ( if you want cooking by yourself) clean ac rooms, scenic view full of greenery are available.

Rooms are big enough. A c is in working condition. Provided the kettle and sugar for making tea and coffee

located in a calm area..straight behind District Collector's camp office...staffs are very friendly Alleppey light house and Beach is very near by...had a wonderful stay 🙂🙂,👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

Very well maintained property, surrounded by greenery and trees. Family thoroughly enjoyed the stay in a beautifully constructed spacious 3bhk. A very helpful pr caretaker (ms. Divya)who took care of all our requests, sorted all the little adjustments on time.

Spacious 3 bhk, all facilities are there including drinking water. Rooms were clean. Access to the location is easy, just back to district collector house. Silent area. Auto stand in n walkable distance. Caretaker avbl for any needs

The guest house is near the beach and is quite spacious as you get an entire 3bhk appartment for a very reasonable price. Appartment is very well furnished with a good theme. Although there were slight shortcomings, like bedsheets had holes in them, and found a few cobwebs, but that is just me nitpicking. Overall, experience was really great, and the host was very cordial. It is slightly tucked away from the main road, so maybe location details can be updated on the map.

I recently visited this hotel with my family. The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms and high quality service.The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable.It was a great experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

The stay was awesome for this rate. But proper security should be given to the apartment because at night there's no one in the property except the guests.
