Check in time was bit flexible, however even after requesting multiple times they refused to allow 1 hr of extended check out. Food options were very limited not kid friendly. Overall recommended for single people not for families to stay beyond 2 days.

Excellent Stay
The biggest upside of the property was its rooms, they were big, airy and very well cleaned daily. The breakfast was also great, they even served after being 15mins late to breakfast. The staff was absolutely amazing. I'm willing to book it again.

I had booked rooms to accommodate my guests. The staff was very cooperative and polite. Cleanliness was well-maintained, and the food quality was good. The only issue was the damp walls, which were giving off an unpleasant smell.

Location Ok, Food Ok, But Amenities are very poor, No hot water to bath, Water leakage on walls, Tea Coffee maker not working, most of the plugs are not working, TV was not working due recharge not done to the operator, after few reminders they did recharge after 12 -15 hrs after arrival. The service is very poor, they don't take care even after our complaint. I will not come again to this hotel, also I will not recommend anybody to go to this hotel.

Spacious rooms but need maintenance of walls as the lower part of walls is damaged due to dampness and flaking off. Breakfast was very nice, limited but of good quality in terms of taste and hygiene.

It is quite a good room, spacious.. I find issues. 1. I did not get hot water in the morning I informed reception . Still issue was there ..not resolved. So I did cold water bath. 2. Morning Breakfast not maintained as per timing. They delayed . Need to look in to this. suggestion : Please add toilataries in your package/ room charges which is not providing. As I did not get tooth brush and shaving kit. Now a days it is must for travellers . You understood. Rooms are very clean and neat.

Average room, good for a budget stay. the place is usually used for weddings and functions, not exactly a hotel. I didn't try the food service.
