Terrible Stay
Disappointing Experience at Villa Aegis by Staymist, Lonavala Our stay at Aegis Poolside Villa by Staymist in Lonavala was quite disappointing. While the photos looked great online, the reality didn’t match expectations. The property was poorly maintained — the pool wasn’t clean, and basic amenities were either missing or not functioning properly. One of the major issues we faced was a power outage during the night, which lasted for about 2 to 3 hours. Unfortunately, the inverter backup drained out quickly and didn’t seem to be charged properly. Spending hours without electricity in a premium villa was extremely inconvenient. For the price we paid, uninterrupted power should be a basic standard. To make matters worse, the staff was unresponsive and unhelpful when we tried to get support. Overall, the experience didn’t justify the cost, and I would not recommend this property unless these issues are addressed seriously.

Hi thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. Just to clarify for future guests the power outage occurred around 3am and was due to a local electricity supply issue. The inverter backup was active and provided support during the initial part of the outage as intended. Our listings reflect the actual property and we take regular steps to ensure the pool and amenities are maintained.
