Disappointing experience *review* my recent stay was unfortunately far from satisfactory. Despite the convenient location, several aspects of the accommodation fell short of expectations: - *room condition* the room i was allocated appeared worn-out and poorly maintained. The walls had noticeable stains, and the furniture seemed outdated. - *cleanliness issues* the bathroom was not adequately cleaned; there were traces of mold in the shower, and the sink area needed attention. The bedsheets and blanket were visibly dirty upon arrival, which was quite off-putting. - *facilities* the hotel lacked essential amenities that are standard in comparable establishments. For the price paid, i expected more in terms of comfort and convenience. - *value for money* regrettably, the overall experience did not justify the cost. I felt that the rates charged were excessive given the sub-par quality of the accommodation and services provided.

No value for money. Car parking available. Small hotel with 15-20 rooms only. Costly for the average rooms.

The room is tidy and congested. No proper maintenance in this hotel. There are no proper communication. I've never given proper refund. Never stayed more than 15 minutes

The ac didn't work, no blankets were provided for us, my parents are 72 and 65 respectively. The kids also didn't feel comfortable that night. Evening after requesting them for blankets we didn't get them, and for ac too they gave no response.

Very worst property for a family stay. Never go to this property. They are not even ready to listen the query

Hot water works after 7 minutes, no drinking water, no soaps/ hair wash, poor mattress quality & noise from sliding windows. We can better sleep in a chathiram or sangam building and save rs 1500.

The stay was average. Room was okey. But the washroom did not have faucet, and was too small.

Well maintained clean rooms, accessible location right off high way, close to bus terminal. Polite staff, good service. Good option for a stop over or overnight stays. Basic hotel with essential services.

Please remember it's a lodge. This was not mentioned in the header in the mm t app. Have expectations accordingly.

Most of hotels in sub-1000 rps range in pollachi are the average including this. Water leaking in restroom, one/two small cockroaches, no wifi etc. Big plus is location which is near bus stand and close to restaurants and shops.

I had to stay for a night with my wife to attend a marriage reception. Found this hotel good enough to attend marriage reception of one of my relative and spend the rest of the night at pollachi. The hotel is conveniently located around 250 mts from the bus stand and away from hustle and bustel. Though the rooms were tiny with not much amenities but was neat and tidy. Good enough for taking a shower, catching up with sleep. It is also a value for money !

The place was infested with pests like cockroaches and flies. When asked the person in-charge said that some pests will be there and we have to put up with that as they cannot do much about it since they had sprayed hit already

Staffs are very polite and helpful room cleanliness is good and location is very convenient and near by shops and atm are walkable distance.
