It’s not located in pollachi. It’s 25 km away from pollachi. If you are travelling by your own car then it’s ok. Because no transportation was available from the hotel or to reach the hotel. Otherwise it’s better for bachelors group specially by own car travellers.cleanliness was good. As a pure vegetarian , we didn’t enjoy food.we couple didn’t feel secured.

First I would like to say hotel very neat and clean , hotel atmosphere very well … swimming pool also maintained very well… food excellent .. reasonable price as well ..Thanks a lot for who ever working staff ..

The staff and management had pathetic knowledge in customer service. When they were requested for a delayed check-out they behaved in such a way that never matches the way to treat a customer. I had to wait in the reception for a few hours wherein the hotel treated like I have done a crime. They have even switched off the fan (there is no AC), and it was too hot to stay there. Never had such an experience and is something never expected from a service industry like hotel.

Location is good, comfortable stay, clean bath room, complementary breakfast with limited dish but it's good. For a day stay for relaxed sleep it's good choice.

I recently stayed with extended family and had a wonderful experience.The quality of the food was exceptional. Each meal was prepared with care and truly satisfied our taste buds.Additionally, the cleanliness of the establishment stood out. Everything was well-maintained, making our stay even more comfortable.However, I did find that the resort is in a secluded location, which limited our options for exploring beyond the hotel. While it provided a peaceful atmosphere, it may not be ideal for those looking for nearby activities or dining.Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a pleasant stay with great food and a pristine environment, but keep in mind the location when planning your visit!

Its a simple clean place with good food. A cantilevered porch cover required during rainy season to prevent getting wet.

Enjoyed my stay in hotel gopalapuram international. Was surprised to see that the hotel property is spread out on a big peice of land. With lots of greenery a massive gate and uncluttered entrance. The entrance is very impressive and was hoping that the rest of the hotel would also be as the same. And it was. The stairs lift and floor all granite and shining. Their housekeeping is top notch. Mirrors glass panes all sparkling. The staff was ever helpful and courteous. The room has top quality furniture and furnishings. The toilet is equipped with all toiletries that you will need during your stay. Crockery was fine in the restaurant whatever food was cooked it was yummy. But only issue was that they served only selected items from the main menu.

Overall the better hospitality. Happy while stay. Clean rooms, tasty food, perfect for all sort of customers.

Room is ok. Breakfast was not worth and no choices. There was one girl who served dinner with smiling face. That was the only solace we had in this hotel.

Hotel is located in a pristine and serene location. It was a family stay and service by staff was excellent. Rooms are spacious, clean and bathroom was maintained well. Food at restaurant was excellent and a special mention to the chef and staff, authentic taste and we enjoyed all our meals here. We specifically want to thank vishnu who was very helpful, his hospitality from the reception. He also was very informed about nearby temple which we enquired. Recommend this hotel to other travellers and we certainly will come back here again and stay. Thanks

Stay is good. Hospitality of the hotel is fine. The air conditioning is working properly. The food is average. Overall it is a good experience. I suggest the tourist vising kerala to utilise the facilities provided by them and enjoy their trip.
