It was a very nice stay and there was a nice ambiance center for all the places good staff's

Overall a very bad experience. No sufficient parking for four wheelers no food option. TV was not working. No dustbin in the room. Whenever i want to order food or tea or coffee, staff used to tell me no chef available right now. Only dinner provided which is also at hotels choice. Whatever they served u should eat. Best point is staffs are well behaved. Food service was worst.

I had a great experience during my stay at the hotel. The beds were comfortable, clean towels and bathroom 👍. Few improvements I would like in future are- 1. Wi-Fi speed 2. TV not working (not a problem though) 3. Bathroom heater (not working)

This is a fantastic hotel. Our rooms were very comfortable"clean and comfy hotel in city centre we had a wonderful stay in charming hotel arthur. Gently refurbished, preserving the old art deco details and yet with a fresh and up-to-date feel. Very clean and lots of space. Wonderful l breakfast with a choice for every diet. Very kind staff and great value for money. Right in the heart of city centre"

I stayed at the hotel for 1 night and my experience was mostly good. The service was good and the room was clean. But food quality was just average although the quantity was more than enough for 1 person. All amenities were provided as well. Overall i'd rate the hotel 3. 5/5

Room was not upto the marks didn’t match the photos and curtain rod was broken mattress’s spring were broken and even the door of the washroom complimentary breakfast was provided only good thing.

Food was not good : both quality and quantity wise, room was nice, staff behaviour was good, bathroom needs to be refurbished.
