Hotel Rashmi

Stayed for 2 days. First issue is No lift & I was provided a room on the 3rd Floor, which was very inconvenient. Room also was dusty & found some cockroaches. Food was good but service did take some time. Reception was unwelcoming & borderline rude. Staff were friendly though. In other words this is not a business hotel. This is a budget hotel with location being the only positive.

The stay was fine and staff was helpful but while I was checking out in the morning, I had cleared all the dues the night before then too I had to wait as guard wanted to check the room post leaving it, I never had to experienced this before ever. I don't know if it was a policy. Other than that I had no issues.

The room was congested, didn't provide basic amenities for staggering high amt. Price not justified at all. No thanks

3 of us travelled for work and stayed in 2 rooms. I would not complain about the rooms as they were commensurate with the price. But overall the hotel is run and managed very unprofessionally. The worst experience was the breakfast the staff was either plain rude or indifferent. It was Ala carte but at least they should have some basic items and serve it with a smile. They made a face when asked for a basic toast with butter or a plain paratha. They served dry roti instead and out of 3 people only 2 of us were given breakfast because when the third person reached they said that kitchen is closed. I would specifically suggest the owner and staff of this hotel to please visit hotel Golden leaf in Ranchi once and see how they are managing at the same price. Rooms are better with not only the basic amenities but also with a OTT connection TV and wifi. They serve you full South Indian and North Indian Ala carte cuisines along with eggs and other basic items like fruits juices etc.

The location is good, the staffs are good. The quality of room was okay but it could have been better

Cockroaches filled room. Otherwise comfortable.

The location was in mg road, a good location indeed. Food was also very good, but the size of room is not satisfactory according to the price.

Wont recommend atleast. No good ventilation not balcony or air plus not even provide any drinking water no value for money

No facility for lift and food quality needs improvement

Bedsheets were torn, dirty. Beds are not up to the mark. No lift service. Need to improve all those services.

Very good service, clean room, food was great

The room and the bathroom were clean and nice. An elevator would have been a plus point for those hard at walking. I liked it and would visit again soon.

We booked it at emergency. Didn't like the room according to price. Took more than ₹ but the room was small. Bathroom also small, geyser not working. Have to ask for extra towel. Tv don't have the necessary Channels. Only regional channels and some free channels. Took extra charge for asking Hot water to drink as they don't have electric kettle in room. Moreover the prices of food is so high. And no Thali system. Nearly ₹800 charged for Rice bowl of 1and half, Chicken curry, oily papad, oily mix vegetable ( huge quantity for two, no half plate system), Dal. Took extra ₹20 for water bottle which should have been provided at deluxe room. I don't recommend this hotel.

The room was well maintained and the check in process was smooth. They have room service available and the room is cleaned everyday by the staff.

Staff's behavior was good and Cooperative towards us. Averagely everything was good but room spaces should have bigger than present and the ceiling fan and pillow cover was little bit dirty. Toilet was neat and clean. Hotel authority should hang the posters in every floor which indicates the room's category as - Deluxe, Supreme and Executive classes. Bdw... Avergely it's a nice hotel. 👍

I was talking in hindi. He asked me "don't i know assamese" in an inappropriate tone. And the incharge also looks at girls in improper ways. I'm never gonna go there again

The management of the hotel were very decent and friendly. The hotel rooms were very clean and for the price the rooms get quite decent. Overall i had a great stay.
