Excellent Stay
A perfect stay to relax in nature. A lot of trees, even in your room. The whole property is full of various trees, nice lighting and sculptures, antiques and statues. The place is clean and please keep the surroundings clean as well! The staff is really very friendly and understanding. No unnecessary attitude, no stupid excuses, no delay in service, no nonsense. Food is good, the place is remote. So, we have no option but to try their good food 😉. Food is home cooked so no bloating and no other typical outside food issues. The price might be high for some, but the ambience, vibe, environment and surroundings makes it worth it. There is no AC in most of the rooms, but there is no need either. Check your booking app details properly before coming in summers.

good food good vibe in forests
pleasant stay in forests it is near masai pathar and hardly 6 km from panhala fort....caretaker and staff is very friendly.

Average Stay
Location was good.... Wifi was not working... TV Connection was not working (Tata sky was not recharged) Morning breakfast was not on time. Only sabudana Khichadi was made...Poha was made on demand.... No Specified Parking area. Hotel Dogs came behind me to attack when roaming in the property. Mobile network was poor No provision for Elderly...mother had lot of difficulty walking down the stairs...

Disappointing and worststay
The stay was extremely disappointing full of inconvenience and carelessness. 1. As the resort is remotely located, there is hardly any coverage to phones. They commit to provide free wifi but when asked, they refused saying there are issues with the wifi service. 2. There were no tea and coffee sachets provided. We got them on request but they had no milk powder. 3. Regarding toiletries, there were certain necessary things missing when needed. 4. We asked for the breakfast around 8:30 AM, but absolutely nothing was prepared until then. We waited for around 20-25 minutes, but unfortunately they failed to give coffee / tea as well. The breakfast was complimentary but we had to leave with an empty stomach. The dinner served was cold. 5. There are severe voltage fluctuations inside the property. The geyser didn't heat up and we had no hot water for bathing in such a chilly weather. The lights and fans used to go off unexpectedly due to voltage issues. 6. Whenever we called up the receptionist, nobody picked up the phone. For any service needed, we had to wait atleast half an hour. Overall, the experience was pathetic. The management and maintainance is a big zero. Not recommended. The resort is overcharged with no amenities and service. Worst stay ever.

Overall a good stay... Food was basic but good... Neat and clean rooms.... Clean bathrooms.... No air conditioner in rooms but it was pleasant at night times.... Though it can be hot during day hours.... Location is masai patar and not exactly Panhala.... Nicely done up property 👍

It was an excellent stay surrounded by nature and pleasant climate. Hospitality was great and prompt service. Very homely gesture and food was very authentic. Scope of improvement: wi-fi accessibility is not throughout the property. Need strong broadband.

Rooms were good, but the service was pathetic. We checked out on monday but the manager was not available and since there were only a few guests, they didn't prepare any breakfast. When we asked, then only they asked us what we will have for breakfast

Excellent Stay
Absolutely amazing place with a lot to do within the property. The three dogs there are very adorable with no harm whatsoever. It was very easy to locate as well. Masai plateau is extremely close too. The food was very delicious with cooperative staff as well. Nothing to complain!

familyDay 1 and day 2 staff was very rude and arrogant, checkout day staff was polite please book directly to the hotel make my trip charged me rs. 23000 for two nights, if i had booked directly hotel would have charged rs. 10000

Terrible Stay
Achalaa stay - october 2024 overpriced, not updated. Cramped, cluttered room. Impractical so-called jacuzzi, which one is not going to use. Poor maintenance. False impression through photos. Cottage room has rat poo and pee, frogs and bugs. Parking outside on the road. No wi-fi. Very cramped set of buildings, constructed on two terraces of the hillside.

Firstly, google location is right. Just incase, offline maps will help in-case of certain networks secondly, the bog o room suited us, 2adt n 2kids well. The rooms n surrounding is clean n very inviting the food is simply amazing. The range is limited but quality good staff is polite n smiling. Ready on their feet. Adventure park 5 min walk, the plateau n the fort are unmissable attractions

Nice stay, though mm t charged high rates
The staff is very cooperative. Limited food choices for all meals, but the food was tasty. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Rooms not comfortable for elderly guests. Even you need to climb stairs to sleep on bed. Mmthotels charged very high for rooms. The hotel was offering rooms at 5k vs mm t charged 7k
