Good resort to stay. Could have been bit better considering the price. Customer service is good. Staff is too co operative

First of all, rooms were not at all clean, just floor were kept clean. Lizard was roaming around. I booked these rooms with breakfast, and unfortunately a day before plan got changed and i didn't want complimentary breakfast next day, so i requested to refund the amount whatever could be refunded, they straight away declined andwe checked out by paying amount for breakfast for 5 guests without having breakfast.

Completely unhygienic, no proper washroom, bed, room was not clean at all. The air conditioner was there but there was no remote available in both the rooms. The tv was there but they did not recharge and the remote was not working. The view of the room was drainage and the smell was lingering in the room. Really pathetic, wasn't expecting this from mmt.

Resort location is very nice and manager is really very helpful. It is one of the most value for money resort i found at panhala

If traveling from ratnagiri to kolhapur then you need not to go to kolhapur or ratnagiri in search of a good hotel. This hotel is that place with all your requirements.

Fantastic chi-ken curry with padre tambda rassa served. Service was quick.
