Very pleasant stay superb atmosphere, full staff and everyone are co operative and helpful, great plantations with pool and indoor games , great option to stay in.

The cottages have greenery all around. Good for nature lovers. Bathrooms though need some upgrade and housekeeping. Just basic amenities available do not expect luxury n frills.

Peaceful and best to stay when travel-ling to goa from pune. Beautiful and green resort with good amenities. Nice amazing cottages.

Property is located at serene, remote place. Access is bit scary for families. However, once entered it’s good, calm and peaceful. Very limited amenities. Good for a days stay

This is located at the mid-point of a pune-goa road-trip and makes for a relaxed stopover, in the midst of sugarcane fields, mango and coconut trees. One-room stone cottages with air conditioning, well-maintained grounds and lawns, lovely warm pool, good food and good services, very cool evening breezes.

Amazing place. Friendly staff and host. Good food. And very pet friendly. My pet zico was so happy to walk around the whole property freely. Thanks for making our stay memorable

The stay was pleasant and the staff was very professional. Warm water availability can be improved. Room service was very good and quick. Room size was incredibly good, wasn't expecting this to be honest. Breakfast and dinner were tasty. Overall 9/10.

Place is located a bit inside from nh while entering the property it seems u made a bad choice but once your vehicle show up at resort gate the good time starts, food, staff, ambience all great

We stayed this resort while on travel to goa. It is an awesome place on highway

I rate the property 10/10 for the rural, peaceful location and ambience. But 0/10 unfortunately for everything else. The rooms and facilities are disappointing - badly in need of a deep clean and maintenance. The grounds behind the cottages have potential, but they too need attention and clearance. Not sure where those photos of a conference and a gym came from - thats not what we could see. Swimming pool is as in the photo, but they don't show the changing rooms which are a turnoff - no soap, no towels. In other words no encouragement to use at all!

It's a perfect place to break for the night. If you driving to goa or banglore. From mumbai or gujarat. It's per friendly and lots of greens for them to stretch their legs after being cramped up in the car. The food menu has a lot of variety and it's tasty and fresh as well. A chilled beer and veg crispy is perfect to unwind, relax after a long drive.

Beautiful location and wonderful hosts. Truly a place in nature at its best. Heritage is true to its name.

The location and upkeep were superb. There was a lot of open space outside which was ideal as we were traveling with our dog. The separate cottages also ensured privacy.

Location and ambience are excellent. We traveled with our dog and he too had the space to run around. Staff are helpful without being intrusive. Food is good
