Worst experience
ad was showing with breakfast b4 booking and after booking no breakfast in confirmation, tried paid breakfast next day but no staff present early in morning hot water at 06:30 in morning and absolutely no one was there from staff also the toilet seat was broken and was fixed later 4. No response by make my my trip on call also property owner phone number mentioned on booking, AC room need to ask for remote which taken more time This was total mess and caused everything to be asked separately like only one water bottle for 4 one soap. Since nothing was smooth

Rutus Stay at Panhala is a nice property with clean and well-maintained rooms. The overall stay experience is comfortable. However, the location is about 1–1.5 km below the main Panhala fort, so you’ll need transport to reach the fort area. Food is average, with a very basic breakfast option (usually poha or upma). Good place if you’re looking for simple, clean accommodation.

Hotel was cost
The hotel's ambience was quite good — clean, welcoming, and well-maintained. However, I found the pricing to be inconsistent and on the higher side. Surprisingly, the cost for the same room was much cheaper earlier that day, which was disappointing. Better pricing transparency would really improve the experience.

Memorable Stay at Panhala
Visited Panhala in first week of May. It was an awesome experience. The stay was comfortable for my family members. The staff was very Courteous. Thye food as expected was very Tasty.

Terrible Stay
my room nos were 105/106. rooms are not maintained the contact number given on the voucher, is from some office and the number is useless. there is an intercom facility in the room but it's not working. meaning the so-called kitchen cum front office can call you but you can't call from the room. bed sheets and pillow covers were spoiled and lots of hairs on it showing the same were not changed. the caretaker(only one person for all purposes) gave us only one towel. when asked for another towel, his prompt respond was laundry आया नहीं हैं. rooms were not broomed and the bathrooms were not cleaned for a long time rather than days. food was ok.

Look for other options as well
Rooms are small and interior is vary old. Non veg food mutton we ordered that quality was not appropriate.

Liked in rutu’s holidays resort.
familyRoom was average but the location is very good. View from terrace is pleasant. Food and staff behaviour was also very good.

Best place to stay with family
Staff was good and place was very good. Location was good and scenery was awesome. My family enjoyed a lot at this place.

Good Stay
Stay was good at Rutu's. The location is a plus point. However, maintenance / cleaning is required. The food was good, but again the dining hall needs Cleanliness. Overall good.

Budget short stay near panhala
A proper hospitality was given during the stay, being a very short stay could not enjoy much. The neat and clean property. Food to your choice is served hot.
