Good hotel and good service. Accommodating staff with respect to adjustments. The restaurant however can be improved in terms of service. Food is good though.

I booked 3 rooms expecting basic amenities. But the pool was full of frogs, there was no jacuzzi, no spa, and absolutely no maintenance. Honestly, I don't care what the hotel says I paid for amenities that weren't provided and could have easily booked a cheaper hotel if all I needed was a bed. WORST!!

Very old property and not maintained properly power back up problem mot recommended to stay

No coordination among staff. They charged me for food bill which i didn't ordered. I booked for complementary breakfast but they are also charging for same. Thanks to a lady receptionist who handled all things in right way.

Very average facility, the rates were low at property then what we have booked through you, breakfast was not good.

It was a pathetic service given by the management. We had a short circuit in our room no. 302 at around 10pm which was reported to the front desk. After our booking with make my trip we had upgraded the room for roadside view. After short circuit had requested for same type of room but instead had to face arrogant behavior of general manager mr. Bhat. The service is too bad & arrogant. Would never be suggesting this place.

Everything was of top and standard, nothing too much trouble the decor through out lovely clean and maintain and the staff was great. The receptionists were very helpful and answered all our questions. The room was clean and bright, and the room service was always on time. Will be coming back! thank you so much. ”

Stayed at neelam country side was easy to move around quite centrally located. Decent rooms. Would do if there was a electric pot and some tea bags. On the whole its good nice parking too. And restraunt staff are courteous.

So we had ordered extra bed they only gave us the mattress and pillow on the floor and there were two power outages and breakfast given as also not good

I loved the amenities at this hotel - gym, clean swimming pool and good food at the restaurant. Staff is friendly and rooms were also clean. It is slightly away from the city - about 2 kms from kankavli, but on the highway, so very convenient 4 minutes away from kankavli bus stand. Since it is slightly away, it is very calm & peaceful and i could focus on my work with their wifi connection.

Good and courteous staff, very good food and tastefully designed hotel. Good rooms. Not giving 5 stars, because one can feel slight degradation in maintenance (doors and windows on ground floor restaurant were not clean)
