“I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. I booked a room , but when I arrived, even the hotel manager was unaware of my booking. This showed a clear lack of communication between the hotel and the platform. The condition of the room was terrible – the bathroom fittings and fixtures were broken, and the overall maintenance was poor. It was far from what was advertised online. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, as it failed to meet even basic standards of hospitality. This experience has made me lose trust in the hotel

Room was small bed good, tv not working, pipe was leaky damaged, bathroom door lock not available

Hotel is in prime location. But room is not good. Not worth for money. Fan not working properly, no alternate room available. Forced to use only available room with additional fan provided after so many discussion and follow up. Mahveer restaurants operates separatly, not proper connectivity between employees of hotel and restaurant.

It was a very decent place and the people were good and respectful. The price was very reasonable. There is a car parking available on the building. The place is very close to the main road and the junction. I stayed at this hotel for 1 night and the experience was really good.

No power, generator was not working, taps leaking. Bedsheet stained, bathroom was unclean. But the reception personnel was very helpful and concerned. Appreciate his efforts.
