Review Of Aashirwad Hotel and Resort

My experience was that I had made a corporate booking and when I visited the hotel I was told that your room is booked as non AC. Till date it has never happened with me that I have booked a room and it is non AC. The extra charges of corporate booking and AC that I paid were around Rs 1000. for 2 days.

The property is located at a very convenient location on the National Highway. Best food in the area and the service and staff is impeccable.. Must recommend for all.

I want to bring your notice. We are not sleeping due to the poor response of the hotel management. No food service, light is facilitied. Dirty furniture also. My review only for aashiwad hotel and resort terrible service! the staff was rude and inattentive. We had to wait for ages to get our food, and when it finally arrived, it was cold and poorly cooked. Not worth the price" "the hygiene standards at this place are appalling. The tables were dirty, the utensils were sticky, and there was a weird smell in the air. I couldn't bring myself to eat anything, and i definitely won't be returning"i've never had such slow service in my life. We waited over an hour for our food, and when it finally arrived, it was cold. The staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized. I won't be coming back"

Great good, very helpful staff. The only thing i didn’t like was the fact that i had to ask them for the basic stuff like water, electric kettle and towels to be provided.

Room service is poor & staff take lot of time to deliver any order. Customer need to follow up for his order multiple times. Room doesn’t have basic utilities like drinking water, towel etc. Electrical switch sockets are not jn good condition and intercom is also not working. During check-in, staff never guide and share no. Of reception, room dining & housekeeping.
