This hotel is located in very good location, near to railway, near to market, very good staff, neet and clean hotel room, bathroom, everything is very good.

The staff is very polite and sweet, we were offered free upgrade foe the room. Rooms were very neat and clean. Food at the restaurant is very well made amd tasty. Location is also on the main road easy to locate.

Pleasantly located very near to the market place. The room was basic, but all the requirements which we were expecting were met. Food served was also excellent. The parking space was very small, but we parked our vehicle just opposite to the hotel where ample space was available. Staff were very courteous and helpful.

There was no proper breakfast nor breakfast available at all. Room service phone was not working nor any attendent came to see and serve us

Right from entering the property we were given a warm welcome staff is so humble that all our orders were executed with a smile the mam at reception guided us in a very humble manner although we are locals still we were guided in detail rooms and the whole property is too good and the icing on the cake is owner is also there at the property which makes hotel a homely affair.

One of the worst managers of the total charges double the price of water bottle and take advantage of being local and provides handwritten bill, if they were in my place i would have smacked out of them

It was wonderful experience actually we stayed there for our three days workshop at kendriya vidyalaya no. 1 Udhampur for which we had to reached there in time and which would become possible only by the cooperation of hotel staff members for providing bed tea, breakfast and all to us. We are very grateful for the hospitality they have provided to us. Thanks a lot 🙏🙏🙏
