Review Of AAO KABHI MI CASA 3BHK WITH PRIVATE POOL

Villa seemed promising in pictures but we had a really poor experience. 1. The moment we checked in the villa there was no electricity which is quite an issue in lonavala outskirts but no power backup as well. 2. The pool was not cleaned until we checked in. 3. There is no ac in main hall. 4. Villa has water leakages everywhere in the walls producing a bad smell throughout the bedrooms. 5. One of the bedrooms had the ac leaking water hence we could only use 2/3 bedrooms. 6. No signs of maintenance were shown at villa, someone from previous stay had ashed cigarettes inside the drawer beside the bed.

Overall we enjoyed the stay and also i would like to add that the caretaker (mr sachin. In the villa was very humble and helpful, would like to visit the villa again.

The place is a bit far, and we have to pay a toll every time we go out. The villa could be better taken care of, but our overall experience was satisfactory.

We had a very excellent experience in this villa. The infrastructure, the rooms were very fabulous and also the caretaker mr sachin and all other were very gentle, kind and helpful. Looking forward visit again soon

The stay was good but they didn't provide towels, the soap & pool was not that clean, if we have to ask for anything we have to do ourselves, the villa location was very difficult to find out it was too inside the village.

The villa is located in an isolated spot with an amazing view, best to visit in monsoon. The place is one half of two villas, has 3 bedrooms duplex style. Each villa has it's own private pool, no restrictions. We chose to eat in the main part of the city, which is a 15 min drive away. But food is available on demand, including for barbecue. The caretakers were very warm, and not intrusive at all. Overall it was a nice little retreat and we really enjoyed our stay.
