Location of stay is amazing you get total privacy with sea.we booked room with gallery where you can have breakfast or dinner at terrace.Food can be better when rates are considered.Neat and clean rooms.Overall lovely stay.

I have read mixed reviews about this property so bit scared before visiting this property. but it's a good property. Location and view from property is breathtaking. The interior needs to be worked upon for a more pleasing stay. breakfast was arranged from outside but the quality was very good overall great experience.

first thing I am very disappointed after reaching the place,the photos shared and actually very different. when I saw the place it looks like from out side slum place and place was not suitable for family no safety nothing. I made a mistake and pay the amount in advance. it's a terrible place just like no man's land. even ten minutes I took to find the attendant,they are meet us just like local villagers. I am expecting refund from the property.

Great stay,mainly because of the view .the view is 20 on 10 .view is worth totally ; thought amenities were questionable .as soon as we got the room we were too disappointed as the rooms were boiling hot .but fortunately later they gave us other room which was way better.

Nothing is made in house everything bought out , the toilet ia so smelly that my wife has got throat infection and she fall sick on our wedding anniversary,response is slow..More hygeine required

Had a nice cozy experience during the stay. The amenities are as described in the listing. The hosts were welcoming and the food provided was good too. The only suggested improvement would be to improve the entrance to the stay, since it's a steep climb on a rugged terrain, not as comfortable for cars.

The location of the hotel was good. The rooms were clean but the amenities provided were not upto the mark. The entrance gate of the Hotel was very steep with lot's of stones, quite risky. The cooling of the ACs were not strong enough. Basic amenities like Wardrobe or Cupboard, mirror were missing.The Hotel compound needs to be repaired. The food was good but it is outsourced. The breakfast was good but with a limited variety. The staff was polite and cooperative.

The property have great view and very spacious. Did not find any issue with property, all was well. We arrived late in the night so they even upgraded us to premium rooms without any extra cost. Food was excellent and authentic. Service was good. Special thanks to ninad for addressing all our queries on time.

"The rooms are poorly maintained, and the key was broken, which left us unable to leave the room after check-in. While the property is in a good location, the furniture in the rooms is in terrible condition. Additionally, the road leading to the property is in bad shape. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel for a stay in Devgad."

Balconies of adjacent rooms are connected to each other hence no privacy for either customer. Expected authentic food but it was not up to the mark. Location of the property is really nice but the infrastructure can be improved given the cost they are charging for one night stay

It was a beautiful experience staying at aalayah stay at devgad. Sea view was mesmerizing from premium rooms. Rooms are clean and spacious. Kunkeshwar temple and beach is at 2 min drive. Overall amazing stay.

The location is breathtaking the staff is superbly co-operative and an excellent host the food was delicious worth every penny spent if you are in kunkeshwar. This is the place to stay in

Overall good, only issue is the weak wifi and several lights not working. In the balcony also no light is working

The views from all the rooms (especially the premium rooms) are breathtaking. The property is located atop a hill having a perfect view of the arabian sea. You will just hear the sounds of numerous species of birds and waves crashing. I felt connected to the nature, and completely away from the hustle and bustle of city. You have full network connectivity. You can order food through the caretaker of the property. The seafood especially was fresh and great. This property beats any 5 star resort, and is a steal for this price.

The property was located at a prominent place with a wonderful view of the arabian sea. The care taker took proper care of cleanliness and food.

The staff is cooperative and the owners are very polite and friendly, In coming future they have a great plan for their business, The view from the top rooms is the best a bit more in cost but worth the money we spend, It has a bathtub and two AC creates a wonderful atmosphere throughout the day and evening
