Terrible Stay
room is not clean, pool is dirty and not suitable for swimming, bed is not clean and also full of water in all room on bed too, no water in washroom, this is worst decision to stay in this 2bhk mountain valley supreme, also force to check out from 10.30 am. and no lock provided to close room full of insecurity.
Terrible Stay
torn pillow covers. Fungus on the pillows. Junk in all the cupboards. Cobwebs in the entire house. Door latches broken. Window lock broken. Every corner of the house is dirty. Ac is dripping water. Rats in the house. Pets are allowed in the properth and their hair ar not cleaned from the bedsheet. Check in time is not 9 am but 1 pm completely cheating the customers.
Good Stay
I called mr. Ahmed one day before for the confirmation. He said check in time is 1pm even if it is mentioned in mm t that check in is after 9am. Then on the day of booking, we called him again for exact location his response was slow. Later when we reached to property, cleaning was not done. We could smell cigarette odour from room. Overall service is not good. But property is good. 5-6 people can easily accommodate.
