Terrible Stay
It's very old and not maintained at all. This doesn't come under Villa category as it's a 2 floore building with different rooms at each floor just like hotel and just one living room on ground floor. Villa has all rooms access inside through the living room. Here the rooms were outside just like different rooms in hotels.This kills the purpose of family being together. Food :- Very local and cheap. Not served properly Amenities:- poorly maintained. Leakage in living room. not clean at all. Doesn't give fresh vibes once you enter. Rain water in all corridors at each floor ..Which is not wiped at all. They don't provide Towels once you are out of pool. Your room towel to be used
Excellent Stay
Superb place next to chunky pandeys villa if you are lucky you can find ananya partying with her nibbas and nibbis. Excellent service friendly caretakers and hygenic villa

familyI recently stayed at a villa, and it was a very disappointing experience. The rooms were untidy and had an unpleasant smell in every corner of property. The pool was not clean, making it unusable. Overall, it was a waste of money. I would not recommend this place to any family.

familyThe place was unclean, and there were few recreational stuff that was broken. The property manager who stays in mumbai is very rude. Refuses to provide any kind of support. The only good thing was inhouse care takers. Over all the hygiene and maintenance is poor. Pictures are meant for catfishing.
