Review Of SaffronStays | Inverlochy 3 BHK Luxury Villa

This property is surrounded by forest area which gives a very fresh and different kind of vibe. One of the best comfort and luxurious stay I had in my life. The jacuzzi they can't provide hot water during the night time, they can fill the jacuzzi only with hot water during during day time and it will take 2-3 hours to fill, also we have to inform the care taker in prior for that. That's the only reason I didn't give 5 stars to this. leaving this, it's a very good stay.

We would not recommend this property to anyone. Found many cockroaches in the microwave, which couldn’t allow us to heat the food. There is nothing nearby, and the restaurants do not deliver food to the villa. Drinking water bottles were not provided, neither they were filled. The property needs maintenance highly not recommended. Not worth at all it should not be labelled under saffron stay brand.

It’s not worth the money or the distance. The property is not well kept nor the price. It’s a small property in a village. Lonavala market is 30 mins away

Stay was good. But amenities and enjoyment are less. Owner should work on this. Addition to that the stay is far in interior and approch to property is little difficult as there is no sign board on road.

I recently stayed at your Lonavala villa and wanted to share some concerns: Unpleasant Odor: The villa had a strong mustard oil smell throughout, which was quite uncomfortable. Cleanliness Issues: The cushion covers in the rooms were dirty, and the sofa covers in the living area were stained. Dead Lizard: We found a dead lizard in the window, which was alarming and indicates poor housekeeping. Camera in Living Area: There was a camera in the living area, which made us uncomfortable. Despite contacting customer care, we received no follow-up, and had to ask staff to cover it ourselves. These issues were not what we expected from a luxury property. I hope you will address these concerns for future guests. Thank you for your attention.

Property wasn’t cleaned from the exteriors, sit outs and balcony areas were dusty. Had to insist on cleaning next day. We had to ask for toiletries which again was failed to provide (tooth brushes)

it was a pleasant experience with great weather...care taker gopal bhaiya was very attentive and manage's everything well...makes good meals and breakfast

Stay was good, food was awesome. Rooms and hall comfortable for family trips. No walking path inside the property to explore around by self. Outside sitting spaces not clean. Too much noise from nearby temple till late night. Good if you want to just relax, eat and chit chat with tasty food.

The property is in a very serene and secluded location. There’s occasional water/wifi/power shortage due to the location of the property. The housekeeping team did a phenomenal job fixing internet for us and are very courteous and professional. However, the food package is very expensive (1500+gst per person. Since we weren’t aware of the surroundings, we took it anyways just to be safe. However, all of us ended up having bad stomach for the next 2 days. Apparently, one of us saw a green mold in the chapati flower.

Our stay at saffron-stays inverlochy was absolutely amazing. The entire property was exclusive in terms of location, decor, architecture, convenience and amenities. The icing on the cake was the food served by our care taker dinesh jadhav. Both vegetarian and non vegetarian food was lip smacking. For a two day get away from the hustle and bustle of mumbai, inverlochy by far stands out as a first preferred choice for a family/friends get together.

The property is good but has a lot of issues writ power fluctuations. Our phone charger were spoiled and there was no stabiliser or effective measures taken. When spoke to saffronstays they told it was unavoidable and did not pay attention to it. I’m sure it will happen again so either don’t book or be careful with kids and water areas.

It was a very good experience. Very pleasant stay, friendly staff, beautiful place nice location it has village feel with modern amenities, villa was very neat and clean with wifi and good privacy. I would highly recommend this and must visit for larger families

Overall the villa is good and location is peaceful. Food was good and caretakers were quite friendly and welcoming. Nothing much. But during the check out the caretaker where quite pushy. They wanted us to leave before 10

The bunglow is great, location is average, tolietry is basic breakfast is good, service is medico-re, the service provided is like some is forced in a way to do things, no customer centricity, there are no washrooms on lower floor, room at top does not have ceiling fan the food preparation is only maharashtrian style and not worth the money one spends. Propoerty is good, if one can work more on the food would be good lastly they take a deposit of 15000 as you enter which is not told during booking on make my trip support from saffron stay is bad, they inform you all details of care taker etc just a day before so one is not sure about food options and any alternates

Very good caretaker, good accessibility, secluded and silent, amazing rooms and clean bathrooms

The caretaker is the person who makes this property feel like home! it was peaceful, serene and beautiful. It was extremely well maintained. The food is cooked by the caretaker’s wife and it’s lip smacking. It’s perfect for families. I traveled with a patient and the hospitality towards him was superb. She cooked customized meals for the patient and took utmost care of him. The villa is built beautifully. Perfect for a little getaway and a relaxing, peaceful, quiet holiday.
