Very bad behavior on the hotel management side. We reached night he says no rooms available in hotel, so we are waiting to the hotel in 1 hour and finally give only 3 rooms. I already booked 7 rooms, and he is asking for an extra payment. It's too bad behavior, so I am not happy to book the hotel.

this hotel is very good ,economical, gorgeous flamboyant and their stuff's behaviour very helpful and sober.

Very dirty, not maintained at all they don’t provide hot water to drink even normal water they charge bed spread are very dirty over all experience is very very bad

Worst hotel to stay in ever. Even after paying for 2 rooms the management told us no rooms were available and made us pay extra amount and gave us only one room.

I booked ac rooms, the management has refused to provide the rooms, they said we will only provide non ac rooms and if you need ac rooms you have to pay the balance amount and non ac rooms are full i am forced to pay the time is 1 am -

The room was not cleaned, it was very dirty. The bedsheets were used and stinky. The room also smelled foul.

I booked a hotel He asked me to pay around 2,000 INR for the room. However, I had already booked and paid for the room so I refused to pay again. After some conversation, he finally accepted my booking and provided the room.

The residency manager asked me to pay double of what i already paid. Instead of the 1900+243 i paid on makemytrip, he took an extra ~1600 rs. Aside from this the stay was not very good. Basic amenities like soap, toothpaste and shower gel weren't provided. Also the place wasn't very cleaned. In addition the room and adjacent area smelt of burnt cigarettes. It wasn't a pleasant stay. I regret choosing the residency

Not worth for money, untidy bed, bed sheet and pillows. Bathroom was very unhygienic. Ac was ok.

Firstly what mention those rates are not acceptable for hotel, they will argue with you. Then if you convinced them then they will ask you more money. Rooms are not so clean, washrooms also not clean. No water bottles, towels, no telephone. No pillow covers available, old bedsheet with stain marks. Location is inside and heavy road works going so no cab or rikshaawaale will entertain you for pickup or drop. No service at all even manager is not bothering for customer booking or any other service issue. All you will get only dirty rooms with stinky smells of cigarettes all over hotel

Hotel denied my stay with your mm t rate

The hotel management are scammers & has demanded extra money over the booking & they will not allow to check in until you pay extra money. They are doing this to every customer. Their bed sheets, towels are worst, service is not good either. Never go with family.

i booked a room on Friday evening in this hotel, There is nothing wrong with the hotel, Hotel side they told they haave cancelled the tie-up with Oyo by one year ago, But still how they a are taking orders for this hotels. FINALLY I PAID ADDITIONAL RS.400 to get a room there.Let's see who is fixing this issue.

The hotel didn’t accommodate us and demanded extra cash from me. I booked a 3 bedroom for my family for 3k and thy asked for 2k for my room. They were very rude and asked us to leave if not paid. Atlas t i paid and they said the room was not ready and asked to come later. Overall terrible experience for me.

In make my trip, i booked 2 rooms for 650 per night for 4 days room, total-ling to 5500 appox. When i reached hotel, they told that additional amount of 6451 as make my trip is showing wrong rate and not corrected even after hotel management has approached make my trip. So so sad and disheartening to see such reputed make my trip is making such wrong details to take booking

They demand extra payment despite already paying

I want my cashback. Hotel declined my booking. The hotel is not accepting any booking from make my trip. So please refund my amount
