Hotel was nice and all things were fine. Cleanliness is a issue over there. Bed sheets and pillow covers were dirty and unchanged. In room you will not feel privacy as it's too loud outside the room. Cleanliness is a main issue.

I had taken a breakfast and dinner inclusive package. On the first night I was refused dinner. In the morning they tried to charge me for the coffee. When I argued, they included it. On the last day, they checked me out first and then refused to acknowledge that my package included breakfast. Location is good. But there are other places nearby to prefer. Avoid Lime Wood Stay at all costs.

Overall hotel is fine. There was some issues we faced over there. 1. Hard to find hotel (not a single board). 2. Limited breakfast (quantity of breakfast is very less). 3. Average taste (not so good). 4. Limited variety (only 2 items for selection). 5. Same breakfast every morning. 6. Broken handle of the room. We stayed there since 3 night. We recommend this hotel only for 1 night not more than that.

Hotel was good. Staff is also nice n well mannered. Finding out the hotel location is not that difficult but it's a advance don't look for the hotel name please go for the address given that is residential area that's why they don't hang the hotel name board outside. At the time we visited their restaurant was closed due to chef was out. Although it was a good visit.

Pathetic staff and very poor service

Our booking was prepaid, still, they kept us waiting for 6 long hours for check-in. Also, the staff is rude and asked us to book the room directly from the hotel and not any app. Asked us for paying the extra money and provided us with the worst room of theirs, just because we booked the room through MMT. Never booking this pathetic service hotel again and would advise the same to others.
