When I reached the main hotel, the manager did not allow me to check-in, saying that the property was under maintenance. This was despite the fact that I had spoken to the hotel manager just two hours before arriving, to confirm my booking and to ask if there were any restaurants nearby. At that time, both the hotel manager executive had confirmed these details to me. When the hotel manager was not allowing me to check in, I called . They put me on hold for 5 minutes to confirm with the hotel manager why I was not being allowed to check-in. The hotel manager then spoke rudely to the executive, asking why they did not inform the customer that the property was under maintenance, even though he had already informed them about it. After putting me on hold for 5 minutes, the executive told me that they would shift me to another property and asked for 2 minutes. Then, after checking, they informed me that there was another property available, but by that time, I had already booked another hotel and asked them to cancel this booking. Therefore, I want a refund for this booking. This was the second time the same day that I booked a hotel Rooms and faced the same problem—the property was not available. I don’t understand how is providing such poor service. If I do not receive a refund for this booking, Pls call me you need any clarity from me.

We had a peaceful stay. The room was quiet and clean, and the staff was helpful throughout our visit.

The hotel person was asking for extra money. After lots of argument they give me a very dirty room. It was really a bad experience

Reception staff behaviour is very bad. They charge extra 750 rs for early check-in 9. 30 am. And also they not accepted online booking for 2nd day. And when i want a bill, they denied and told that if i want bill then i must be paid 18%gst. Staffs are not co-operative.

I arrived in the room at 1pm.Roon was a filthy room; they didn't even change the bed sheets, and they were given a filthy room. They did not even bother to amend after two requests.One worker, Kamlesh Kumar, is a pleasant guy who helped me clean the room at 3.40pm when I walked out and asked him to replace the bededsheets.

At the time of booking the hotel was eighteen plus and but after reaching the hotel the manager said that if 21 age couple does not enter the booking is canceled our hotel booking amount is cancelled.
