Reception service and hospitality is average. Reception does not act on the request unless you remind them couple of times. Same goes for housekeeping. Hospitality is very average at the resort

Went for a family vacation and stayed in one of the Villa for two days. The setup is beautiful with good amenities like golf course, mini theatre, shooting, coffee experience and courteous staff. The food was excellent, especially the pizza and lasuni daal. The only thing that can be an opportunity for improvement is the service time for villa, which in our case was understandable due to heavy occupancy.

Location of the resort was amazing and scenic full of greenery. Monsoon adds additional feelings to ones experiences. There was a lot to explore on amenities side however personally we couldn’t explore much due to rain. Variety of food and the level of professionalism was on top. Enjoyed each and every item served during the breakfast.

Reaching the property initially looks like it's taking ages but once you reach you will be meszmized by the beauty of the area and location. However since is located in the forest area ,coming back again for local sight seeing looks a bit challenging . so it's better to have pleasure stay here staff is friendly especially kids had great time in Gunhouse. Also inhouse amphitheatre is great and one of kind experience as it feels you are having private screening. downside was the visit to forest area which have leeches so should have boots ready .. Golf experience was also great overall one of the best properties I have been so far

The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and neatly kept with all the basic amenities we needed. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always ready with a smile and quick service. The food served was homely and delicious, giving us a true taste of Coorg hospitality. What we loved most was the calm atmosphere and the warm welcome that made us feel right at home. It’s an ideal place for families and friends who want to unwind and enjoy Coorg at its best. Beautiful location with a vast property area. We enjoyed wonderful moments and had a fantastic experience with friends & family. Great amenities, the room is spacious and well-kept. Plenty of fun activities for kids. well-maintained swimming pool is also available.

The location and view is very beautiful. however even though we booked a mountain view had to shift to the parking view room, because the mountain view room was in very bad shape ( the room had seepage through walls everywhere, paint falling off , one switch board on the seepage wall was giving shock). Had to move to a downgraded room because of them as we were told no other mountain view rooms are available. The food was good, all the property surroundings are maintained well. only the property needs to be maintained well as we see water seepage everywhere.

We stayed in two villas for 2N. overall our experience was really good. The villas were clean and so was any other common area. The ambience in the restaurant and bar was really nice. The best thing about the resort is it's location and food. Instead of the villas I would prefer the normal rooms as then you can stay at the main building and not having to travel every single time for food or activities. They provide pick up and drop services too to your villa every single time. We couldn't do Golf and horse riding due to rain but otherwise the activities zone is good too.

We booked this resort assuming it was 5 star. Everything about the stay and experience was bad. Food was ok. The room we got had a balcony view blocking half of the view from the building structure. I asked them to give us another room but they declined stating unavailability. Staff behaviour was also bad. I have been to 5 star resort and this is nothing compared what the competitors provide. Nature walk was not good also due to leeches in property. Anyway this was a waste of money. 40k for 2 nights is very over rated.

The property is good, BUT, the front desk is pathetic, insensitive and lacks training to do their job adequately. They made the patient wait till they could call for an autorickshaw while numerous resort cars stood there collecting dust in the moment of need. Then, at the time of checkout, they created a task for us by charging us excess amounts in the check-out bill. We had to re-calculate that with them by standing at the reception for 3 hours because the front desk doesn’t coordinate with the kitchen, or each other. Then, what actually made us further displeased after that was the demeanour of this one particular woman at the front desk, Monica. She was immensely rude, unprofessional, juvenile and inconsiderate in the manner in which she tried to resolve the matter. We insisted on talking to the manager and we were simply told that the manager isn’t available anymore. It was a horrible end to what was going to be a wonderful stay.

property was very good peaceful. Location was also perfect but food was average though we had lot of options to try in breakfast and dinner but taste wise it was little low and their service was too warm and nice. we liked it .

No Wi-Fi was working all my stay DTH did not have recharge so no TV as well any request for anything was very delayed I really felt bad going there spending so much money taking feedback disappointed very much u feel I wasted my money

We stayed for two nights. It was raining most of the time so we didn’t experience most of the outdoor activities. Initially we booked family suite almost 30 days prior through zero payment in MMT. But when u paid the amount it suddenly jumped to luxury suite. It was little over crowded for us with two kids.. Family suites and villas are good. Food few items were nice.

Wifi not working and water coming in the room from balcony and cleanliness not upto the mark. Rest everything was good

Inexperienced staff, worst hygiene, all the water bottle were filled with fungus , house keeping was another level low, coffee stains on the floor, even when complain they didn’t care coming and cleaning, only one toothbrush kept for a room where 3 pax were staying , they should be awarded the worst resort in the world

THE resort's sprawling grounds and scenic views were a highlight, the experience was marred by several issues. The pricing was steep, with a basic Sprite costing Rs 300! The location, though serene, was far from the city and accessible only via broken roads. Rooms didn't justify the hefty price tag. WiFi was frequently down, and network range was poor. However, the resort might shine in its seasonal activities - winter's bonfires and stargazing while summer's pool parties and outdoor games can be the highlight. The scenic views and tranquil atmosphere around the resort are undeniably beautiful. The staff was courteous and tried their best to make up for the shortcomings. If they can work on more day activities , amenities, and pricing, this resort could be a gem. As it stands, it's a mix of highs and lows. 3/5 stars."

pathetic experience zero service quality and maintenance probably people will get attracted for the price that's all

Very rude staff. Especially the reception. No proper orientation of activities. No involvement in activities.Bonfire was not even informed.
