Excellent stay ! Over whelmed by the hospitality of the staff

They charged us more for two rooms without attached bathroom, no TV, no WiFi, no water, no power. Personally I would never stay in such places. It's worth less rate for both rooms included. Hardly any space very close bit! No water at night.

The hotel location was peaceful and full of greenery. A good resort with swimming pool to enjoy your day. The staff was so kind and helpful, we were given some playing items like cricket kits and all. Only concern we had was with the breakfast, very few items were provided, the reason was the unplanned absence of the main cook. They told they will not face such issue often. Hopefully this is not the case with all. Otherwise I would prefer to go to this hotel again if I Am planning to visit Coorg.

Terrible stay wasted money

We have gone with a family of 5 members and stayed in this resort for 2 days. Below the observation: 1. Located inside a forest. For reaching outside/visiting places, if we don't have own vehicle and relying on resort to arrange, then we are gone. We have to keep waiting and waiting and waiting. Almost we have wasted our time for waiting for cab. 2. Local place visit: it was told that they will cover as much as they can. On day 1 only 3 places covered and we were told that Talacauvery will be covered the next day. On next day when we have asked the in-house person, he said cab driver will take care and both discussed as well. But after getting into the cab, driver said it's not possible and we have to pay extra to cover Talacauvery. We have ended up in a confusion. 3. For additional member, we have requested for additional bed on day 2. Our request was ignored and at the same time it was provided to adjacent room. 4. Food quality was good. However it took so much time. Even for this also, we have got our food late around 10 pm. Ultimately overall we were not treated properly and our entire vacation time was spoiled by staying here. I will not recommend for anyone.

The rooms were very different from that shown in pictures. Food was really bad. Since the resort was not in the city, we had to rely on hotel food which was pathetic. The basic toiletries were not provided on arrival. Pool had lot of insects in it, not sure how was that supposed to be used. In a nutshell, it was not worth paying 11k for services like this.

Maintained beautifully. The rooms, lawn, gardens, pond are fabulous. Very close to Kaveri river. You can just sit at the riverside and enjoy the pristine nature. We reached around lunch time, after super lunch, visited Chelavara falls. While coming back from falls, we saw a beautiful hillock and a temple. It was Kakotuparambu Kalabhairava Temple. The surroundings were just awesome. We went to the top of the hillock. The hillock, temple, big tree, ground and on top of all, the drizzling created a totally different mood. Had tea looking at the ducks and fish in the pond inside the resort. The dinner was delicious. Next day it was raining since morning. But we went near the river and had a good walk. Before leaving the resort, we had a walk inside the resort. The famous tourist places are quite far around 20 but of you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing stay, this is the place.
