Ayara Coorg Resort and Spa

The stay was very unpleasant! The front office manager being very rude to us! He denied giving us water bottles and compared other stays with ayara. Inspire of asking umbrella for more than 5-6 times we never received one during the entire period of stay. The breakfast was very bad! Nothing was hot and did not taste good! There was no hot water to shower!

The place, location and main their swimming pool is superb. Just loved it. Food is average not bad not too good. Service should have been better, staff are well disciplined and dignified. Food service is little slow rest everything is good

The stay at Ayara corg resort and spa was pleasant, the staff was humble and ready to serve better at any cost, the food served was extremely good I will surely recommend it to my friends

We enjoyed everybit of our time at the resort. The staff were amazing. Looking forward to visit again in the future. Especially Ashis and Debyajoti served us with great warmth. Superb hospitality from both of them.

The stay was average. Service should be improved. Rooms are good and spacious but greener and more ecofriendly space should be promoted rather than cutting down trees and making more buildings. Lots to improve. Also spa is not functional. Breakfast was good but service was not great. Lots of room for improvement

rooms are good but not for the elderly person as no lift available ...food is not that amazing ..price are much on higher side ..we paid 10000 for one luxury room with bf and dinner ..as still a lot of thing is yet to get finishing touches.it is far away from all the points of interest in coorg ..it is good for relaxing ..

We had issues with electricity for first initial hour after check in we were told that we could order refreshments by the reception team at 3. 30pm when we checked in which was later denied brutally by the restaurant team. There is absolute lack of co ordination between the restaurant staff as the main course was delivered and taken back an hour before the requested time the chef seems to hate salt as the breakfast spread lacked salt in almost all dishes upon the cleanliness on the restaurant table was below par with spider webs on the table

This place was a nightmare. The room was dirty. Entire room and washroom was full of spiders, cobwebs and other insects. Pathetic service at the restaurant. The name of the hotel has spa but spa was under construction and the front desk lady told they are on leave. Pool water was dirty with live wires and frogs can be seen water. No one respond when you call. Food they served was sub standard

The number of staffs were only 3, no housekeeping done when requested, food quality was very poor. Limited items for buffet. Though property was located in good place, service was poor because of less staff

Room and property are really amazing. Better than that in the pictures. Only thing is this is very far from madikeri and this place is quite understaffed. But that was not an issue to us. Should include non veg cuisines as well in their morning buffet. The food was very tasty nevertheless.

The property was good. However they are running the whole property with only 3-4 staffs so the service was really not good. No food menu options as well. Comparing the price of 12k and the service was really not worthy.

It was a good property, the rooms were good and spacious and overall the stay was good. The only issue was that there was shortage of staff otherwise all the people there were friendly and had a good experience. Be sure to try the other activities there as well

Rooms are very well maintained and spacious with big balcony, property has good cafeteria, quality of the food is good, staff is interactive and they have done there best with service, must recommend to stay

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the quality of service that your resort provides. We are pleased with the hotel accommodations, as they are generally clean, tastefully furnished and well maintained. I personally enjoyed the buffet meal very much. There is a wide variety to choose from and the quantity provided is always sufficient and timely replenished. Your chefs’ culinary skills are too good & dining area is spacious, well lit and hygienic. Most importantly, we are delighted by the readiness and the responsiveness of your staffs. They are always willing to accommodate whatever request we put forward. Such positive service attitude is highly commendable.

We paid exorbitant cost for a property not even worth a star. 1. Less on staff: nothing arrived on time 2. Horrible food: we then had to survive on cup noodles 3. Shabby property 4. Nothing was functional: spa, gym, etc. 5. No proper amenities for the paid cost. We paid for a property not even worth 5000. It was my birthday along-with new year. Felt beyond disappointment. The very next we stayed in mysore in a 4 star property, by paying only 5k. I would never recommend this property on coorg to anyone. Unfortunately, i have not clicked many images of the property.
