Hotel was smelling line pest control shop

It was amazing, the room, service, location, and food. Everything. I stayed with my family here without any problems.

Room space is very good very near to airport with free pick up and drop service is a plus point no regulator to fan in bedroom couldnt get hot water for bath at night on arrival, provided heating coil in bucket dustbin in toilet but no toilet tissues bath water not clean couldnt close the window as lock was broken refrigerator provided but not working overall service is good but not at all like a 3 star they are claiming

Stay was comfortable for reasonable rate. Location near to airport itself. Arranged transfer to airport free of cost. Staff were very much supporting and helpful.

Toilets were bad but everything was good

No hot water came till 1 hr. And later came with rusty colour. Not good towels. Overall below average.

Staff is good, service is also good everything is good

While the staff was friendly and helpful, your hotel has fallen into disrepair. The food was bad, no buffet, dark hallways, the ac broken, rooftop closed. hat was my last stay at lotus8

Room and airport transfers were good however the breakfast service was very very slow and not upto the mark

The lotus 8 hotel at nedumbassery cochin, unexpected stay at hotel. No air-conditioning at hotel and the room smells like fungal. Complementary breakfast very pathetic( only idly and sambar available. When i ask to the hotel staff they informed that the air conditioning is under renovation but i could not see any renovation work on process. It is a bad experience at this hotel.

Worst hotel I stayed in my life, I never imagine a suit room without AC, no proper water supply in toilet, I reached hotel around 1.15 Am for going to airport by 8.00 AM.

Ac was not working in the room which was really horrible to manage to sleep.

Location of the property is very near to the property and ideal location. The room is neat and tidy, nice atmosphere, very nice behaviour from the part of staff. I like the property very much.

Worst experience i faced, no water for taking bath, and waters mud mixing colour will comming.

Waste hotel ever i visited no ac no food nothing please dont make fun of guest by providing wrong information

One of the worst service by mm t via a third grade hotel. Raised a complaint as ac is not in function with water tap running issue but no response with complaint number. Want to speak with mm t senior members and immediate resolution

We had returned from thailand to kochi on 25th midnight, as we had to catch next flight from kochi at around 10. 55 am on 26th, we booked a room at lotus. Firstly on arrival at airport, inspite of repeatedly calling on their property contact number, no response after a long time waiting, they attended and came to pick us up from airport. On reaching hotel it was informed that the ac rooms are under repair since previously 5 days. As i was travel-ling with my parents who are aged above 70years, last minute at around midnight 2 am, we had no option other than to stay in the same hotel. Though we requested to take charges of non ac room. They denied though mistake was from their sad. So i will not recommend this hotel since they didn't even have the courtesy to inform prior that ac is not working though we paid for free cancellation, they charged for 2 rooms. This is how they make money out of customers

The location was nice and convenient. I have not used the restaurant. However the rooms were outdated, for the checkin the agent got a wrong booking even though i gave him my id. Initially they took me to a room 312 were there was a water leak in the washroom. And got me another room on the 1st floor still the shower was rusty the linen was dirty. Tv was not working. For the departure it took long time to no one bothered to attend. Will not stay and recommend. Thanks and regards
