Hotel O Royal Plaza

The booking was done with amount about 640 for 1 night but when i reached there they told us to pay 1049 more. It was not mentioned during the booking. So we told that it's already done and the cost was only 640 there. Why are you asking that much of money. But they didn't agree. So finally we paid another 1049 rupees then check in. I don't have problem with amount or anything but we are not aware of it and didn't mention anyone in the makemytrip app. So we thought we are facing fraud.

The hotel location was very bad and poorly maintained. They asked for more money than was there on mmt. Poorly behaved staff, not trying to understand that i have already paid on make my trip. Didn't care to give a water bottle as well. We couldn't stay full time, so we had to check out in the evening itself because of a lack of good experience. Done.

Stay was good only issue there was no lift had to carry the luggage 3 floors up. No metro station near by

Worst behavior of staff at reception. They simply asked for stand outside at the time of checkin. Even there is some place to sit at lobby. That's not all, they denied for checkin, even I have valid PNR from OYO. It was completely genuine booking and they simply denied for checkin. But thankfully, OYO arranged another hotel nearby.

There was a girl receptionist who kept us standing outside in the rain. No one had room to do the book inside. When he entered, he said he had to pay more. We paid all the money in advance.

Had a wonderful time here. The property was awesome considering this pocket friendly price and the service we got here was marvelous. Also the furniture looked of premium quality. I would definitely consider this hotel in my next visit of the city.

Not able to checkin worst hotel seen in life i will say not go anyone in that hotel

please never ever go to this hotel, while check in they are asking more money. Receptionist is very disgusting and don't have manner to talk to a customer. All the staff are very very terrible and disgusting. I have never seen a hotel like this. Once i ready to pay the extra amount they refused to give me the room and telling like electricity problem is there but it was not there. one request for you guys. don't go here.

I've stayed in many hotels but this was the best till now. The services they offered in such professional manner was mind blowing. The staff looked after us so well, which was a major plus point. Also the price was also pocket friendly for a normal person to stay here. I just loved my stay here.

Got a decent double bed room here. The rooms were well lit and decorative with all facilities in. The surrounding was lush green as there were many trees around the hotel which was a wonderful thing to have. Every penny spent was worth staying here.

The hotel gives you beautiful rooms after a smooth check-in. Rooms are upright and well-maintained furnished with comfy furniture. Staff members are efficient and soft spoken. A great place enjoy quality time with family.

Beautiful room with well designed tiles and walls made my stay a special one. Also the price was in budget which was a cherry on top. The hospitality was superior with some great enthusiastic hotel staff. Connectivity was great as railway station was just 3. 5 km away as we reached there easily. I had fun staying here.

Hotel offers you with easy check-in and delicious food. Rooms were clean and had comfortable furniture with fresh linens. Staff was also very supportive and helpful. I had easy access to public transport and is surrounded by various tourist spots such as birla mandir, rabindra sarovar lake and more. I spent some quality time here and love to visit again.
