businessThe hotel was very dirty and he said that the booking has not been confirmed yet, he was angry that we took it online. He gave 40 minutes to the bad room and the room and toilet were also dirty i have a photo with me. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. I recently stayed at your hotel for one day and was very disappointed with the service I received. During my stay, i encountered several issues, including bad service, behavior, dirty bathroom, dirty toilet like public places, bedsheet was used and no water in toilet flus, the most concerning issue was when i asked new sheet the housekeeping boy handed over to me and said aap dal Dena and asking for service. This was extremely disappointing and completely unacceptable. In addition, the staff at the hotel did not act professionally or courteously. I felt disrespected and unimportant as a customer. I have photos with me. In my opinion.

Please don't book this hotel staff is not providing service without tip, rooms are not clean, hot water problem, when I go in the room I saw used condom near bed and I stay 4 days but no 1 pick the last day that, really bad experience not suggest to solo traveler also that costing you get many good options.

Poor Stay

Not very comfortable beds, socket was bulging out, room was not very clean, dirty blankets, bedsheets. Also flush was not working
